To krissy I'm interested to know is this the Walgreens in Burlington Washington as I just transferred there today I hope I don't run into any of those problems I was afraid to switch pharmacies but I had no choice rite aid was closing down. Krissy please let me know which one it was

It’s Friday evening, ten minutes to ten pm, Walgreens closing time. So I should have had ten minutes to pick up my photos I ordered earlier in the evening but didn’t have over an hour to waste to pick them up than. Accept as I’m about to walk through the doors a severely unkept dollar store box dyed red hair employee runs to beat me there and slam the door in my face, yelling out as she does it “WERE CLOSED”. So I hold up my phone with the time and politely say “I just need my photos, it takes less than a minute to hand them to me”.. so she rudely yells at me again exclaiming that “she closes when SHE wants to, NOT when my clock says so”. Ughm, my phone is on the universally agreed upon time? Which is ten minutes before the Walgreens chain is supposed to close. She could have politely asked me to come back tomorrow but she didn’t. She was rude for no reason. It honestly reflects really poorly on your business. I expected better… probably won’t return for the photos and just go have them printed at Fred meyers instead.

The pharmacy staff seem to have nasty attitudes like they hate their job. Why do they always have nasty attitudes and think it’s okay to speak ugly to others. If you can’t do your job happily and with a smile then maybe you shouldn’t be in that profession. To the lady who thought it was cute to have a sarcastic mouth and throw things back into the drop box , you need to seek some kind of help or not work there. It’s like they all feed into each others nasty attitudes and it’s sickening. Take a moment to reflect on what yall do wrong and not take it out on the guests who come through for service! Totally rude and very unacceptable. Please do better.

I’m not sure why I left this pharmacy, the service has always been great and they stock the medication I need in a respectable generic brand. They deserve the 5 stars.

The pharmacy is fantastic! They notify me of contraindications. They notify me of black box warning. When a script is called in incompletely they call to let me know. They are fabulous.

I came in today with my partner. We both needed to use the restroom. They said we could and then when the employee came to open the women's restroom they wouldn't let me in even after I told them I was a woman. They refused to let me in. This is absolute discrimination because I wasn't pretty Enough to be considered a woman

I've needed pharmacy help & advice twice in the past few weeks. Both times I've been impressed by the pharmacist and staff. They've gone out of their way to come out to the OTC meds and help with selections. Most recently, the pharmacist was Madison. I'm sorry I've forgotten the other name. Kudos to this group! Thank you.

Easy pharmacy drive thru process. Went in store to ask questions about my prescriptions and the pharmacy manager was very kind and personable, making sure my questions were answered.

Worst pharmacy in Skagit. They can't ever get a prescription done in a timely manner. Sometimes it takes over a week. I have also had them send my prescription to another Walgreens in another town. Poor customer service too. Don't waste your time.

The pharmacists that handled my prescriptions this morning were so friendly and helpful. I was very sick and they made the experience of handling my insurance issue and getting my meds quickly a breeze.

They do not submit refill requests but will make it look like they have. Do not trust these people with your health. They could easily endanger it.

Pharmacy staff clearly hate their jobs. Every time I come here I get a different answer to the same question. Trying to do a simple transfer and had to come 3 different times and never ready. Had a message in my app about a prescription being ready, yet when I got there they knew nothing about it, despite talking to them a few days earlier. Kept insisting my app should have certain information about this prescription, yet kept showing her their was no information getting very rude with me

Never open on time. Employees just ignore customers. Really weird place. Seem like bad management practice going on there.

Poor customer service, no consideration for your pain, send you home without one of your prescription and not tell you it wasn’t filled because you are out of that medication. They are too busy to care.
