What to do???
I had picked out the skirt and top a few days earlier, then waited for my 30% off coupon to be active.
The skirt was there. The top was not.
A representative saw my dismay and offered ro help. She found the top, in my size, at a nearby Kohl's and now I am VERY VERY happy! Thank you Kohl's , and your fantastic Rep👍🏼😁”

The prices were reasonable, but some were high. I can usually find cosmetics I love me for real reasonable. The service was pleasant and welcoming. Things are always hard to find at Ross. The sizes mixed up for the most part, but patience pays off. I always enjoy shopping at Ross with one exception... You cannot smell a perfume before buying it. No testers or sample cards. I like the late hours they stay open because I work late.”
