The Indian woman up front that I believe owns the place is a complete jerk. You go in there and she says "Don't put anything in pocket okay" and it's like, lady I am here to pay for my stuff and leave. I hate this place and will do anything to avoid it
They have FORCEFULLY taken me and my friend out of the store. They try and accuse us of stealing. I've told them to watch the cameras, and they say no. Simply because they know they are wrong.

We frequent this establishment- it’s close to home and convenient. It’s also close to my children’s school. On multiple occasions my family has been harassed and accused of stealing. My daughter was recently again accused of stealing and was forced out of the store by an employee. Physically! Not ok!

The employees are nice but they have expired food still on the shelves. I bought an egg salad sandwich today. I thought it tasted weird and then I looked at the best by date… the best by date was 11 days ago. A month ago I bought a naked smoothie and it was expired by over 2 months. I didn’t realize it right away because I was in a rush. If you go here, look to see what the best by date is before purchasing

This place is horrible as soon as you walk into the store there is an older lady working the front most of the time, glancing at the customers who browse through the isles she makes it pretty obvious that she thinks your stealing and even accusing you of doing so. I believe that we should pick what we want in peace without having to feel like there’s eyes on you the whole time you’re in there.

Just came into this location while I'm waiting for prescription to be filled over at costco. Received some medical information today that essentially required a dietary change. I walked in to grab my normal soda and realized that I can no longer have items that can affect my glucose like that. Which made me realize I should check and see what other snacks I can no longer really have. While trying to find something to purchase as well as realizing I can't buy the same snacks I used to be able to, I was approached by an older employee who told me that I'm not allowed to browse in the store because I've been there for over 5 minutes and accused me of trying to steal.
I left the building pissed off but did not like how I left so I came back in and approached another employee and explained my circumstances. This particular employee was incredibly understanding and actually helped me was trying to purchase some things and appointed me to a health section of the store for items that would be friendly to my circumstances. I didn't get names unfortunately because I was too in shock of the accusation, but the older lady who was working in the back most of the time is an absolute monster whereas the individual working behind the counter is a joy and I'm thankful for her.

ATM THEFT!!! Do not use the ATM machine at this location as my husband's card has been skimmed twice within the span of a year with a total of approximately $500 stolen (thought it would've been fixed the first time - it may have, and the skimmer was reattached). Convenient location yes, just DON'T USE THE ATM MACHINE!

I work in this plaza, so if any of us need a quick drink or snack, this is our go to place.It’s convenient, they have it all.We’ve never had a bad experience here.

The new owner is incredibly rude, she gave my parnter and I a hard time just for existing. Very judgmental, the service with the previous couple managers was phenomenal; this woman seems to be overly critical of whoever steps through the doors. 711 do better in who you let manage your stores, you just lost a long time customer. This Sam lady sucks.

The new owner is awfully rude, has kicked me out several times and said I looked like somebody who would steal? I don't bring bags into the store and I don't wear any baggy clothing so I'm not really sure where she got that impression. The owner regularly follows customers around the store and glares at them from behind the counter. She accused me of trashing her store at one point and brought out who I assume was her husband to bully me into cleaning her store? I told her to pull camreas and get proof because again, it's another thing I didn't do. Overall very rude and hostile.

Indian lady was a big freak who kept looking at me and won’t leave me alone, after I bought something I waited by the door for my friend and she kicked me out.

No public restroom here is a complete joke! We are in a nice part of town here and should be treated as decent human beings and trusted to use the restroom that the store has available and not be treated as if we're some drug addict homeless person that would abuse the bathroom..ill never bring my business here thanks alot have a great day!!!

I frequent this 711 often. it's by far the most upkept location. Hunter is always amazing at his job, informing me of deals and greeting me with friendliness. :)
