We have a lot of Stihl equipment, Ted and Ted have kept it running for years. This small family owned business is so friendly and knowledgeable that you can't go wrong. We trust that if they say it can't be repaired, we know it honestly can't be repaired. They never up sell or try to get you to purchase things you don't need. I like that they give you a real timeline for repairs not just guess, or give you a quick turnaround and then have excuses why it's not ready when promised like some shops.

Very knowledgeable father son business . I’ve bought saw, parts and had repairs done.These two know their stuff. And if it’s a hard to find part, they’ll know how to track it down and source it. Also , very friendly. I’ve been to other shops and some have been pretty good, but if it’s a difficult part to find, or I need info on cross compatibility between saws, or I need repair work done, this is the only place I’ll go . I really appreciate their hard work in helping out their customers
