My husband and I were recommended by a family member to the optical doctor at Costco on 192nd. We were both so impressed with Dr. Lewis and his staff. They made sure to call us the day before with a reminder, text us with the link For the necessary paperwork to fill out, and answered any questions. I was also impressed with the technology they have on site. It turns out my husband has two cataracts, which we knew were impacting his vision. However, I was impressed that Dr. Lewis recommended that my husband not get glasses until after having the cataracts removed. He discussed the referral for cataract surgery and who he recommended. The doctor explained things exceptionally well and very clearly. My eyes are fairly weird having had bacterial spinal meningitis many years ago. I have pseudo tumor, a.k.a., my brain thinks it has a brain tumor. Some doctors deal with this information. Well, as did Dr. Lewis. He showed me how my retina are actually crinkled from the brain pressure I have. He also explained that I would need to have a very different type of surgery eventually, and that this is affecting the vision of my left eye far more than my right. This is the most information I have gotten out of any doctor regarding my vision in over 30 years. After this positive experience, both of us agreed that we would keep Dr. Lewis and his staff. I'm really happy that our family member had recommended him. It was also very easy to just go out his door with my prescription and order a regular pair of glasses and sunglasses at the Costco optical center. With $50 off the second pair, I was able to get both pair of glasses for right around $300 , and this included the bifocal lenses that have no line.

Bummed. Made a special trip to see glasses but it was roped off so I couldn’t look. Says it was open for another 80 minutes according to Google. Person was unwilling to make eye contact.

Anytime I interact with the optical team to fill a prescription or pick up my glasses, it’s outstanding. Each employee genuinely makes me feel cared about. I don’t think a lot of them even get lunch breaks. It’s always so busy here and people keep coming back because the customer service at this location is so good. I’ve been coming here for years and seeing the same people over and over and all of the employees are fantastic.

Costco tire center here rocks. Left feedback on a comment card but my handwriting is terrible. All the staff at this Costco tire center are super nice and very helpful. I purchased a more expensive set then changed my mind wanting a little cheaper option. They helped me get a refund for the difference and buy the tires I wanted. They didn't try to talk me out of my decision just gave me all the information to make a choice. I appreciate when companies don't pressure you to buy the more expensive option. I'll update the review with some names of the people who helped me.

My boyfriend and I went to get the standard membership, thinking it would take 20 minutes at most and we could do the rest of our errands that day! We were originally helped by an older lady, she was very informative. Then a big, probably drunk guy in a button up gives us the same sales pitch the lady did for the 120$ membership, for 45 MINUTES. They insisted they did not make commission off of it, however im sure if they get enough people to sign up they will receive a bonus. I saw right through the act, and got increasingly more annoyed while he had me change my password 3 times for the app lmaooo. We did not change our minds at all during the hour long sign up process. My advice, do not let the big drunk guy help you, honestly be rude its what he deserves lol.

Costco is one of the best business in America . Today I found out about 200 people using some one else membership in one day .. ashamed.. what Costco need to do is who ever let use their membership to other person has to be cancel for life time same to the person who use it ..

Its a Costco so you already know that both quality and quantity is going to be great .The produce and dairy is always fresh and lasts a long time.There are great deals on things sometimes which makes the big grocery bill feel not so bad .I just hope there was more variety at this location because I often find them lacking when compared to Portland Costco.

This is where we go to get the cheapest water in town. I usually stock up with three cases that last us for a couple of weeks or so. Never really unreasonably busy. They also have the self-checkout lines that moves things pretty quickly.

I've been a Costco member for over 10 years and have been coming to Costco Optical for my glasses for years. In 2022, I got some long covid symptoms that affected my vision, which required several prescription changes back to back. Everyone has gone above and beyond for me, especially Molly, Anju, Sandra and Brandi! They have been so accommodating and so kind towards me. Covid hasn't made my life easy, but I am grateful to have the Costco optical team on my side. Thank you, Costco, for having such an excellent team of people who treat others with compassion and respect. I honestly can't see myself not being a member for the rest of my life.

Business-like and cold attitudes here. Absolutely rude front desk staff, I hate going here. They try to charge you for eye exams you don’t have to take at other optometry offices. I don’t like their front office staff. They passive aggressively put you on hold when you ask a valid question (how might u change the brand the doctor recommended you to have for contact lenses) and are superficially kind towards you. Front staff has a power trip if you question the authority of the doctor, who doesn’t know everything btw!!!!!

This review is specifically for the Tire Center. The team of folks there are kind, helpful, and thorough. I got 4 tires from there for a good price and the team was just a joy to work with. I even stopped by after hitting a curb and they took the time to look at my tires for damage so I could feel safe of the road. Really appreciate the Tire Center team and they're always my first recommendation for tires.
