This was the best tire service! I showed up as a walk-in needing new tires. Matthew was amazing and made our decision very easy. He was Incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The price of the tires was great, and the service was quick. I will absolutely be a repeat customer at this Costco Tire location.

I'm an avid Costco customer who stands behind their service and quality always and forever. However, when it comes to their tire services I will never waste my money again! My tire has had a nail for a long time. Have tried so many times to get appointments scheduled with appointments literally impossible to get except for far out. This is the exact same thing with tire rotations good luck getting your car in.
I finally was able to get my tire looked at. We discussed the tire that needed to fixed and doing a tire rotation. Husband comes home with vehicle and with in 3 days the tire was flat again. Made another appointment which was of course for ever and a day out. Come to find out they didn't even work on the right tire, didn't do a rotation, then charged my husband for a new valve on the tire that didn't even need to be fixed.
We're then told well there are two nails now, the tire isn't repairable and whatever cost of the tire is on us. My tires weren't even 3 years old when I made them aware of this issue. In order to not have alignment issues I'll need to pay for four new tires. No real discounts for said issues, no accountability, nothing!!
I shouldn't have to replace my tires for another 3 years. I'm now forking just under 1k to go get them replaced elsewhere.

Best Costco in all of Vancouver. If you time it right you're wait won't be long. The only other Costco is further north.

Lowest price for gas in Vancouver. Always a line, but it moves quick. There's several pumps to choose from. Never takes more than 10 mins.

DARNELL from this Costco location-( with the nose ring) is one of the best employees i've encountered ever in shopping here. He needs a raise , at least some serious acknowledgement for his customer service and humility!! Thank you Darnell!

Very disappointed with Costco and employee. Spent over $300 but couldn't get the stick of butter because we thought the sign above the product said $8.39. Employee said it's ringing up at $11.99 and if we don't want to purchase it if could put it back because it's a cold product. Tried to explain to her the sign above says $8 something. (I don't think she believed me) employee still was arguing saying are you sure it's the sign above or on the side? I felt belittled. Went back to put the butter away and took the picture. Only then I read it carefully it says Kerry not Kirkland. Showed her and I said the is above the product but it's for a different product. She tells me I should of read it carefully. All this over $2.00. I admit I am still wrong I should read it more carefully.
