Super disappointed. I used to come here often and had really great service. The girl I went to was no longer there and had a new person today. I told her what I wanted and needed (it had been a while since getting my nails done and they needed a good clean up). I asked for a manicure but she didn’t soak my nails and went right into cutting my cuticles. Immediately one of my fingers started bleeding. She acted like nothing happened, when I asked her why she isn’t having me soak my nails first she said it was going to be an extra $5. When did soaking your cuticles become an additional price to a manicure? Is it completely outrageous to assume that a manicure includes soaking and cleaning up your cuticles? Had she soaked my cuticles before hand, I wouldn’t have bled all over the counter. The girls working just shrugged their shoulders and asked if I wanted to pay more for them to do their job. No apology for cutting me or anything. She filed my nails and put lotion on and that was that. Yet, I still paid $25 for her to file a few of my nails and cut one. There are so many other places to go, I suggest you go anywhere but here.

First time here today. I had a fill done by Ana. She did a great job on the fill, although the entire time she talked me into a polish art that was literally just stripes instead of the simple red I did ask for. I felt obligated to say yes to it because she was pushing and never said she would charge more. I also didn't love it but thought, it rude to not keep it. Then at checkout they charged me an extra $20 for it!! The work was definitely not worth an extra 20. She also pushed for me to add on a pedicure which I refused 3 times. I'm not sure I'll be back. 😔

the only person who does good nails and designs is the male and the owner (same person) i get long nails and every other person does horrible. they do them very very thin and they always break within a week. i dislike all of the other people besides him. they are all rude and talk behind your back the whole time. i got recorded on a personal phone without my permission. They change their nail prices every time. sometimes i get my long nails for $80 sometimes $130 (same shape and same length) i got very thin nails without my knowledge and i also got ridiculed when i went in to fix the nail that broke. when i left i noticed and i did like the design but they were way to thin and bending like it was the fake nail from the shaping in the beginning. normally when i go here when i get the guy doing my nails he does a great job and i don’t break any of them. i even recommend people to go to him. he was on vacation and could not do my nails this time. i get a fill every three weeks and never do they break with him. i have never been this disappointed in my nails after three days and being so unhappy. the man and his wife are amazing people but they need to learn to teach their employees and have more practice within. ** ( to the nail people) Long nails need to be thicker so they stay. They should not be bending after polish. dont do this so you get more money every two days after people spend 120 dollars for long nails. i am over this place and will never come back and i hope everyone takes this advice and doesn’t get scammed out of their money*** as you see in the picture that are very thin and bending. i have been going here for two years and they are going downhill very fast.

Sad day :( I've been going here since I was 16 years old. Today I took my daughter and myself to get a full set each... The most I have ever paid there is $55... I got the same thing I have gotten the last 3 times and paid $45 for a fill and $55 for a full set.... They charged me $70 each today... I was very surprised. I told her I've gotten the exact same thing the last three times I've been in and was charged $55. She told me no and said I had two colors... I had one with a clear coat at the tips... I wasn't going to argue but I will unfortunately be looking for a new nail place that doesn't surprise their regulars with new charges....

My partner and I came in to get my really bad acrylic nails (from a different salon) removed and then get manicures. We were very pleased with our experience here. The acrylic removal process was relatively pain free. We both enjoyed our manicures and the magnetic cat eye color I got it so cute. We will definitely be coming back to this nail salon.

I got a set of acrylic nails and they cut 3 of my fingers and my left middle finger is uneven and my nails on the right are kinda unevm I still like them but idk if I would go again

The ladies are kind and friendly
They do wonderful work on your nails. I went in and hady eyebrows and shhh moustache waxed. They only charged me $10.00 for both. Prices are reasonable and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend them
