I can't believe what a fabulous cut I got today. I couldn't explain to Paden what I wanted, but she took the time to pull out her cell phone and search until she found it. Then she made the magic happen. I will never go anywhere else.

I'm on a fixed income and can only afford a cut when I find a coupon. Shelly wasn't put off by the coupon and cut my hair perfectly from the picture I showed her! She even gave me styling tips since no one was waiting. I've had bad experiences before at other, more expensive places and I was very impressed with her. She never made me feel poor when I explained my circumstances and told her about the coupon and did a great job. Thank you, Shelly!

Haircut is good, price is good.
Knocking off 2 stars because of the pushiness with buying hair products b and lotion.
I understand it generates extra sales, but I don't need to be told 3 times about it, walked over to it, and shown it's on "sale" for a limited time.
I understand sales and have done sales, so I understand the hustle, but this makes the experience very unpleasant and uncomfortable since I'm sat in a chair while trying to be sold on something

After multiple experiences at other salons and other stylists I will always come back here specifically for Thu! She always knows how to cut my hair the exact way I want it. You think a pixie cut wouldn't be difficult but I promise you, after having multiple messed up cuts, Thu is the only one I never have complaints with. Love Thu!

Poor service, very low quality haircut even for kids. They do not take the time to ask or listen to what you want.

Terrible haircut salon! Twice in a row… a few weeks back with my son and today completely messed up my hair. You can do better at home doing it yourself.

Horrible experience. I grew my hair for a long time. I explained several times what I wanted. She did good until the very end. Then she Messed so bad there was NOTHING could be done to fix it. Was NOT worth my time gas DEFINITELY not worth what happened.
