First off the parking lot can be a bit hectic, watch out for people cutting you off, and looking for an accident. Once inside the store, everything is over priced, 50 cents to a dollar more than Vancouver Store's. I am not sure why this is the case but it's terrible. So you are better off making the Trip to Vancouver and save 50 dollars on your monthly shipping bill. Last thing, No bathroom for the customer, very poor Management at this location, better to just avoid, unless you stuck in this overpriced town.

I don't always come down here to grocery outlet. It's a little out of my way, but I do it now and then. Wow, I am always so happy when I do! Today I was on a budget and knew what I wanted to get. He bottled of wine. They always have them at great prices. 5.99-25.You take a chance. I got a nice Sauvignon Blanc from California today. It was good. Picked up a few other items that I needed, including coffee, and juice. When I walk out of this grocery, I am always smiling. I got a hefty bag of groceries plus wine and it was only about $35. That's amazing these days. The cashiers and the people that work there are really good people. They work hard and are always nice about it. Bonus there is a pretty large Free parking lot

The last two times we’ve been here the cashiers have been completely rude. Try to be nice and they can’t even pretend to put a smile on. No “hi, how are you?”, “did you find everything okay?”, “have a good night.” Or anything. Just “do you want a bag?” And “do you want a receipt”. Heaven forbid you ask them a question and they have to actually look at you. This used to be the coolest and nicest store in town. Not sure what happened but extremely disappointed. We won’t be back. I’d rather drive 30 minutes across town to at least get a fake person who at least pretends they want to be at work.

I usually love grocery outlets, but the customer service here is horrible. There is no public bathroom, but when a 6 year old needs to go he needs to go. The staff wouldn't let them use their bathroom and made os drop everything to go three doors aways to Walgreens. I will stick to other more customer friendly grocery outlets. Absolutely horrible

In the past: 5 star. Now...70% of the inventory is basically the same price as anywhere else. Not that great for a store that claims it's "Discount". I do appreciate them adding in heath food items for cheaper but how 'bout some better prices on common items?

That was my only second time there. I couldn't find what I was looking for, but I still found some good meals. Prices were okay.

I love Grocery Outlet, and this is the one I end up going to 99% of the time. But over the last few years I just can't get the things I want here, and it's getting worse.I could go to either of the Grocery Outlets on 4th plain and find everything I want. But the stock is always low to non-existent here.Very high demand that for some reason this store isn't making any effort to meet. They should be stocking 3x more snacks, cereals, kombucha, almond milk, etc. than they are.Long story short, more and more I find something I like here, and it is gone, rarely replaced, in a couple of days or less.I would just go to the new Grocery Outlet on 4th plain if I could, and that is what I would recommend. The inflation and shipping issues that have been plauging us since COVID only make matters worse.

I've been in a few times and had reasonable experiences with their foods and prices. This time I had a frustrating experience that will probably make me not come back here. Got a tiny 12 oz jar of almond butter that was shelved in a space with a 2.99 sticker. Rang up at 9 bucks. Okay, I point this out, go back and look, the sticker on the shelf is for something else, but is clearly under the item in question. The actual label for this item is nowhere to be found anywhere. And upon further examination of the peanut butter section, numerous other items are mislabeled/misshelved. Checker is completely unapologetic, tells me $9 is the price and I can take it or leave it. Needless to say I left it, and probably won't be coming back in a hurry, since it seems like they're at best careless and unremorseful with their labeling, and at worst are being intentionally deceptive trying to upcharge folks. If you go here, definitely watch the prices and the ring-up.

Great produce section with fresh and colorfully displayed fruits and veggies in abundance. Also has an extensive wine section.

Grocery Outlet used to be the best. There wasn't a friend we didn't tell to shop there. ? Until the new owners started making changes like taking up the parking in front of the store so they can have more space to sell. Forcing their customers to walk into the busy street to retrieve a cart and now to get into their expanded section. The prices have risen (understandable) but the spot where they say the price else where is totally jacked up and what used to be honest is just laughable.tho the prices have gone up the dates didn't, so don't forget to Check those dates! Seems like it's on its way out, as the decision making has shifted from customer service to growing that bottom line. Can't say I tell people to shop there much these days.

It is always a treasure hunt. So much more fun than most grocery stores. But you'd better stock up if you find something you really like. It may not be there again.

Unfortunately, I don’t get in the store a lot, but when I do, I’m always pleasantly surprised by how well the shelves are stocked, the variety of items they carry and definitely their prices. They have a large beer and wine section, prices are amazing. In addition, to all of the isles of food, they have a large area for personal grooming.Spend time here, go up and down every aisle. There are surprises on every shelf. I found some seasonal items, garden items, and some gift ideas.Store is clean, and employees are very friendly.
