I have found this place to be a safe, clean storage facility. I currently have 3 units, and we are having issues with the monthly rates on our 3 units not priced at the same rates. Even though they all were rented at the same time and are all the same size. Otherwise I have been satisfied with the product and service provided.
Oh and yes I have reached out to the manager Angie for help. But she was unable to remedy the higher billing increase on 2 of our units with Corp billing. She did give me a credit though on our units but for only one month. Angie has been excellent to work with the issue is Corp.

This is the best place to take my personal items and know that they will be safe and secure from theft damage or anything else. Angie the Property Manager is the most awesome amazing person she's always been helpful and always has a smiling cheerful attitude..
I would recommend this facility to anyone.

I recently rented a storage unit from NSA Storage in Camas, to store a vehicle over the winter. The online application was quick and easy to complete. I chose this specific facility because it was close to my home and close to my work, and it offered monthly storage at a great price.
I was notified via email that I needed to visit the unit before taking possession, purchase a lock, and provide proof of vehicle registration. Angie was working in the office. She was very friendly and competent, and assisted me in purchasing a lock for the unit and making a copy of my car registration. She then walked me to my unit and demonstrated how the lock worked. The unit was large enough for my vehicle, and clean and dry.
I was very impressed with the entire facility. The grounds were clean and well cared for, and all the storage units’ facades were in excellent condition. A bonus was the fact that the storage facility butted up against the Camas Police Department.
I feel very safe storing my vehicle here over the winter months.

This review is for the 3rd Loop Camas location, and manager Angie in specific. From the first day of our arrival, Angie met us with warmth and understanding. There was a problem with our unit and she was able to make it right quickly as all my moving helpers were waiting in the rain. Later in our process when we needed to downsize, she was so accommodating and kind. The human touch is sorely lacking in this industry. This company has something special in her, and I hope they value her! Thank you, Angie!

I went to look at the unit I rented and found that it was not at all what I expected. The property manager as so great! Within seconds she had me in a new unit that matched my needs exactly and was super nice about the extra work it was for her ?
