Computers are always down!! There's never a convenient time to go, even with an appt. Legacy ran this lab like butta!!

I’m a little frustrated right now. Trying to make an appointment and their first website question is what kind of appointment. I have no idea what that is. So I check glucose and it says I can’t schedule online, I must call. So I call and then it says to do it online.
