Took our car in for an alignment and they kept it for 3 hours when they told us it would take 20-30 minutes then damaged all of our lug nuts and tried to charge us $75 to replace the damage they caused after charging 230 for the initial alignment

Huge shout out to Katie, Kurt, and Tyler.
All of these team members did their best to help me in my situation, and got my car in and out very quickly. I love the service, everyone is helpful and professional, and if I have any issues in the future with my tires, this is exactly the place I want to go. I especially love that I don't get the run around with them, and that they answer the phone which is crazy that I have to even mention that, but it makes all the difference.
I appreciate you guys! Keep working hard!
