Called and asked about doing a quick, small print job. I had a legal document I could email and needed to print. The person who answered said no problem, come in anytime and gave me a price per page. Went in 30 minutes later, the person who I spoke with at the counter seemed befuddled that I came to see if a print job could be done while I waited. Asked me multiple times what size paper and how many pages. My answer was the same each time, 30 pages, black and white, standard size. He spent at least 5 minutes looking on the computer, in the office and through papers on the counter before he said they need to ask someone else. After asking someone else in the back he came back and said he couldn’t do it because he doesn't have time. Thought it was comical and odd he spent more time trying to figure out if there was time to print one document then it would have taken to print the document. What was frustrating was the person on the phone said no problem and to come in. Then when I was there it was a problem. There wasn’t any sort of effort to resolve the issue. Went down the road and was in and out within 4 minutes.

Poor customer service if you aren’t spending a ton of money here- take your small print orders elsewhere.

Unfortunately there are no zero stars. The right had doesn't know what the left is doing. They don't return calls we finally had to go to another print shop to get our printing done.

Been using professional printers for 20 years, and this was, by far, the worst experience. Avoid.I asked if they could do a rush job on a Thursday. I needed a poster for a banner stand, and asked if they could print one to fit my current banner stand. They said to bring it down to make sure it fit, but yes. I sent them the file, and brought the stand down immediately to make sure it fit. I told them that if there were any problems, please don't hesitate to let me know. They asked me if I was comfortable paying in advance, and as an act of good faith, I said yes. After getting home, I was told that I needed to change the file type, but everything else looked good. I quickly changed the file type, and resent the image.I got a call on Friday, saying that they needed me to adjust the print file, as it wouldn't fit. I easily adjusted it to fit, and sent them the new file. They told me it would be ready by Monday or Tuesday. I told them that would work wonderfully, as I need it to travel on Wednesday. Absolutely no mention of any additional charge.I get the call Monday morning that it's ready and installed in the banner stand, but the owner told the staff that I would have to pay full price again for the second print, and that the first payment didn't count towards it. I asked why I wasn't told that I would have to pay for the reprint on Friday, as it would have made a difference. The staff told me that it was what she was told, and it was out of her hands. I told her that I'd come down, and politely talk to the owner.I came in to the office, and saw my banner stand sitting out on the table. The staff got the owner, and it went downhill from there. The owner ignored that the staff had told me that they would print a banner that would fit my stand, and that is what I had agreed to buy. He also ignored that they never told me that the second printing would cost full price, only telling me after it was already done. I had even offered to pay production costs of one of the prints (I guessed $40), in hopes of salvaging what could be a long term relationship. He laughed as he turned that down. He also told me that the original print, the one that he said I initially paid for in advance, had been thrown away.He was demanding I pay for a product he had admitted to destroying.Even the staff tried to explain that there were issues in communication, as well as how there could be a path forward, as well as how to deal with this in future transactions. He refused to listen, and doubled down on me paying for a product he had already thrown away, as well as full price for the new banner. I asked him to end the order, and refund my money, as he had not delivered what I paid for, and he laughed at that, and shown that he was going to keep it hostage. I told him that not warning me the second printing would cost full price until it was done and in the stand was wrong, but he didn't listen. In the end, he used some incredibly inappropriate language, and told me to pay the $40 as he left the room. The rest of the staff were amazing, and I kept my word by paying what they said was cost for the new banner (around $66).This transaction could have gone so much better if it was handled professionally by the owner, and they would have had a long term customer. Instead, I have to warn everyone about this set of incredibly poorly managed business decisions.Update:Please notice at no point does the owner admit:-I was told that it wouldn’t fit, but wasn't told about the charge for reprint. The doubling of price should have been made clear before asking if I wanted to proceed.-that he destroyed the product that he was still charging me for.-the insulting and unprofessional language.-that prepayment wasn’t necessary, but a request. The staff said, “would you be okay with prepaying”, not “prepaying is required”.-that I paid for the material cost of the new banner, as well as the one he destroyed. I have the receipt. Also, his design team never touched the banner design. I did all the corrections, as they asked. Be warned.

Highly recommend. I emailed them a 1 page, b/w print job. Hardly worth their time. They were happy to help me and had it printed before I got there. I'll be back with larger jobs!
