Why do people who want to shop locally order from Amazon? Because of businesses like the Camas NAPA. They are not like the other NAPA stores. They don't seem to have much inventory, and it goes downhill from there. Over a week and a half ago I stopped in to order a heated oxygen sensor. Naturally, they didn't have it but could get it from the Battle Ground store in a day. No problem, please order it. After a couple of days not getting a call I stopped in. After looking for a while I was told it didn't come in, not sure what happened, and they'd order it again. Repeat. The third stop was all I could muster when told we'd have to look it up and re-order it. Again.I went down the street (literally) to Autozone. They had it on the shelf like they usually do. There was no waiting or confusion. Same brand as I've gotten in the past from NAPA (Andresen). Fortunately, I thought to go to Autozone instead of ordering online. It's so frustrating to try to spend money at a business that makes it so hard.

I had stopped in to pick up some locking rings for mud flaps. I picked up a size too big and was able to take him back and return him for the correct size. Staff was very generously helpful.

Terrible customer service. Bring your receipt or forget any help from this location, at least from their uptight rule follower assistant manager. I think he forgot how to help someone out, especially when your being completely transparent and informative about the situation. They will even refuse to take the time to attempt to track it down or contact a higher manager. First and last time I’ll be here.

Came expecting to try and match bearing seals for an old boat axle that had no part number. Refreshingly, the young woman at the counter looked at them and walked to a bin and pulled out two new ones... from memory! The whole thing took two minutes. Can't do that Carquest!
