I don't have picture of the three plants I got (Swedish Ivy, Cryptanthus Bivittatus, and a Tiger Kitten Begonia), but it's been a couple weeks and they're still doing great! Owner was even gracious enough to give me a small discount on one of his older plants that I picked up, since it was my birthday. Will definitely be back and would recommend for anyone looking for a reputable and affordable place to find a new houseplant friend!”

“We have moved over 20 miles further out away from Portland and yet we still travel to this wonderful produce market, and quite frankly, a whole lot of other things that this wonderful place provides. Today, in the middle of January, we walked into the market and it was relatively quiet for a Thursday morning and everything was displayed so attractively and not a distressed or rotten piece of produce anywhere! Everything so tidy and everything so fresh looking. This place never lets me down. Their workers are always busy grooming and tidying up produce row. They had pickling cucumbers! They had beautiful heads of endive that will make a great Caesar salad! The broccoli was absolutely pristine. I wanted some fruit but I'm so skeptical about ripeness and yet the wife grabbed a perfect pineapple and by Sunday it's going to be so nice and juicy. These folks pay attention to the small details. Nobody wants bruised apples. Nobody wants tired and old produce. Everything here is wonderful. I even had to grab a loaf of cranberry orange bread as they have added more baked goods to entice you as you wait in line. I highly recommend growers outlet for their continued dedication and effort in providing extremely high quality produce.”

“I was looking for a specific pressure washer and though the app said it was in stock, there were none on the shelf. I asked one of the associates in garden for help and saw what I saw and said they were out. I showed he the count on the app and asked her if she could check into it to see if they were stored somewhere else and she promptly turned to another customer and began helping him.I went to customer service and Bobby promptly found some in overhead. He called Katie and she was quick to physically locate them. She found a lift operator and got them pulled down. There were several frustrating events that lead to delays but she stuck with it even going to get a cart and loading it on the cart for me. Several customers interrupted her to get her attention and she persisted with me to be sure I got what I needed while remaining polite to the other customers. I have to say Bobby was very helpful and Katie was super helpful. Best service I have ever received at HD without question and I am a contractor that is in here almost daily.Katie J turned around what looked like it was going to be a bad experience into one to remember.”
“Looking for a large shade tree and they had plenty to choose from. Great customer service, very knowledgeable about their trees, and friendly. A very nice gentleman even walked around with us and helped pick out a tree and answered all our questions as we shopped around. Avle to find the perfect tree and a hard to find larger size. “I had a great interaction with the gentleman in the door section. I was on a search and inquire mission about purchasing and hanging a barn door for a laundry room. The older gentleman had some mobility issues and used a cane for walking. He was very informative, took his time explaining the application, and wanted me to have all the facts in my evaluation. He also referred me to HD website for further choices. All I can say is, if you want to improve customer service hire a retiree. They dont have attitude, dont need to discuss their buddies weekends, and they will be responsive to customer questions. If this is? store has lost focus, remember, it starts at the top.

“Great to see Home Depot accepting Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (CFLs) and rechargeable batteries for recycling. These both contain toxic chemicals and should not go in your trash or your regular recycling. Home Depot makes this important recycling easy by providing individual bins just inside the entrance.
