I’ve had it for 3 years and hate it. It feels like an air mattress. We never use the adjustable base and have the mattress where it is splits toward the head board side. This makes it like sleeping on two twins. Horrible idea makes the middle of the bed unusable. We were offered a special friends and family discount when we bought it by the sales person. Which I heard them offer to someone else when I was there buying sheets. Just a scam so you cannot return. Anyway worst purchase I have ever made and now I’m stuck with it. Would not recommend to anyone

From the initial phone call with Lydia at the Camas Sleep Number store, I was impressed by her positivity and attentiveness to our particular situation regarding the choice of a new bed. Two days later we came to the store and she greeted us warmly, answered all our questions and allowed us plenty of time to try out the products and make a decision about a new bed purchase. All in all, we had a relaxed, no pressure experience working with Lydia. She was both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the options Sleep Number has to offer.

I went into the store to buy a pillow for chronic whiplash syndrome, I laid on a p6 bed to try out the pillow, bought the bed too. I have had a sleep number bed for the past 20 years, never had any issues. The newer bed mattress is just as supportive if not more and firm as needed. No more pain. Costumer service was great too, very informative. Thank you!

DO NOT BUY A SLEEP NUMBER - they are JUNK! Have had mine less than 2 years and air pump went out. Warranty is only 1 year so now I am stuck spending more money on top of the 4k I initially spent. There is a reason they only give you a year warranty, they know they will break. So I either buy a new pump or haul to the dump, either way I have to spend more money on a $4,000 (and that was half price) bed.

Lane is very knowledgeable about all of the products and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He is so easy to work with and made sure we got the best deal - we even got our family member a blanket because the price was unbeatable. With this heat wave, we are SO glad to have our True Temp blankets and mattress cover to keep us nice and cool! We will definitely be back for more items. The customer service is top notch!
