Our Carnation post office is a town treasure. All of my experiences there have been pleasant. The fine folks there are always personable, efficient, and knowledgable. And patient with me! Sometimes i can be a bit dense, but i've encountered only kindness.

The worst PO because of employees!! The older lady that works there is so rude and mean. It ruins my day! I did not mind the PO before her. Right now it’s like going to the DR. For a great big shot! I dread it and I am disappointed every time she the older lady is there. The little time I spend there she degrades certain people and instead of helping a customer to a situation sends them out with a yell and a dirty look. She should quit or be put in the back if she hates her job so bad.

If I could put a no Star option I would just got off the phone with some lady named Karen totally fit her, Super rude and wasn't willing to listen to me at all. I've lived at the same address for three years and get mail here all the time and she said that she doesn't "recognize" my name.... Called because I went on a trip when I came back there was no mail in my mailbox. I was wondering if they took out my mail because my mailbox is too full then proceeds to tell me I don't live at my address what a joke take you Business somewhere else Duval post office it's about 15 minutes away totally recommend.

I hate this place. When you need someone to help you with something, they don't come to the counter and help you. Once my mom waited like 10 minutes, she rang the bell multiple times and they finally came to help her, acting annoyed. Sometimes Amazon won't send packages to my po box so I put my physical address instead. I'm always getting yelled at by the ladies for doing that. I just dread going to this place. The list could go on and on honestly.

Constantly receiving packages for a different address! Then I have a package that was tracked and said "delivered" I received a package. It wasn't mine ! When I try to call the PO with the tracking number I get a prerecorded message about the hurricane on the east coast. Ok great I can't send animals to the affected area! and all the closed PO's and numbeers Then I get put on hold for 40 min listening to music from the xtapa resturant down the street ! Mariachi ....typical government ! All I wanted was to find my damn package !

Carrier came back out to my residence at 5:45 on a Friday to give us a package that was mis-delivered. Excellent service.

The staff is friendly, and as it's a small town they are pretty on top of what goes to who, even if there is a misprint on a label. The down side is the hours, obviously gov't. If I didn't have a wife that could pick up packages for us, i would never get them. There are A LOT of nine to fivers out there, and the hours kinda suck for that. Can't get it on the way to or from work. No real complaints other than that.
