We were traveling from Idaho and a low oil light came on. They got us in on Thanksgiving week an hour before closing and advised us for no charge, very nice people!!!!

I have used Bobs for well we say a few years. And they have ALWAYS taken Great care of not only my vehicle, but my wallet @ the time of service write up, whether it be from the phone call, front desk and final bill!
This business is one of True caring service to our community!

While the towing gentleman was kind, the lady working the office not so much. To tow a truck around 40miles plus storage over the weekend was $900. Absolutely outrageous. Plus they do not have a good reputation around the area.

I went off the road on the side, due to snow, over the phone they said they would charge me $250 and when they did the service, they charged me $410. They arrived in almost 30 minutes and it didn't take them to get me out. or 10 minutes, to align a vehicle to the road they cannot charge that much, it is a scam to say one thing and charge another, terrible service and treatment, I do not recommend it to anyone, be very careful with these scammers.

Tim, Lauren, and the crew of mechanics are amazing people. We've been doing business with them for a couple of years now, and they're honest, trustworthy, and very kind. WE asked for and wanted a simple diagnostic. They did work on my car with no approval, did not fix the issue, and padded the bill completely. Charged us $500.00n for a rebuilt alternator from NAPPA, we could have bought it for 420.00 Plus and minus core. we were given no options, no call for approval of the work prior. I called and made an appointment for a Diagonostic ran on my Kia Soul to find out what was causing a peracetic drain on the battery. I told the office lady that a Kia dealership wanted $190+, she said they could do it for less. The Mechanic there knew of this, I had personally asked him on another occasion, and my Husband talked with him the day we dropped the Kia off. When speaking with the mechanic we both had the impression that our voice and requests were not being heard. I was told on the initial phone call that they could do a diagnostic for less than quoted by the Kia Dealership. WE DID NOT WANT ANYTHING MORE THAN A DIAGNOSTICWe dropped the car off on a Friday, they were told by us that time was irrelevant, because I am unable to drive (Stick Shift) due to a double Mastectomy and horrible side effects. Monday we got a call from the shop, and she told us the car was fixed and ready to go home ??!!?? WHAT ??!!??...For a whopping price of $ 713.14 For a Alternator??!!?? They padded the price of the alternator, charged us for installation. NO it wasn't the problem. $700 later my Kai is still not fixed, the peracetic drain is still there !!! My husband is a Gear Head and the alternator was the first thing we checked !!!! They said IT WASNT WORKING AT ALL. We live just blocks from them. They wanted us to believe the alternator suddenly died in a couple of blockes. !!!! The owner seemed completely disinterested, and at no point wanted to make this right.

A friend of mine ended up catching some ice on the road and sliding off and embankment. I didn't have enough gear or weight in my vehicle to pull him out so we called Bob's to help safely recover the jeep. Tim showed up within an hour despite us being way up in the hills and had us out within 15 minutes. This was on a Saturday too. Thanks a ton!

The employee who fixed my tire was very helpful. However, $40 bucks to plug my tire. ??? and i tipped the guy 5 bucks. I heard I should have gone to the other guy. ?♀️

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESSI have had the most horrific dealings with this company. Business claims I was “cut a break”, I disagree. I called this morning after a tow for a vehicle that my son was driving that had ran out of gas at mile marker 5 on highway 97. As you can see, vehicle was picked up and dropped off at the same location. I will say the vehicle was legitimately moved a few feet as it was across the fog line into the northbound lane. Vehicle was dropped after I paid and the driver was gone at 0130 yet I was billed until 3. In the call this morning to said company, I questioned the times billed. The lady I spoke with was instantly hostile and said that I was “cut a deal” and that she was going to now charge my card $800.00. I informed her that was illegal as the receipt clearly says one amount and she can not charge my card more and that if she did so I would dispute the amount with my credit card and press charges against her. She then explained the they bill by the hour from the time they are dispatched until they return. As the receipt shows, dispatch was at 1241. At 1249 I was called and notified that a tow truck was called. I drove to the location arriving at approximately 0120. I was told billing rate was $250 an hour but would be “cut a break” I paid and driver dropped vehicle and was gone within 10 minutes. I put gas in the vehicle from a gas can, spoke with the WSP trooper and drove into Goldendale and filled the car and the vehicle I was driving. I then stopped by my bank at 0200. If the call was dispatched at 1241, driver was gone by 0130 after having sat and waiting for me to arrive, there is no possible way he was out until 0300. I was then told the truck was out of Carson therefore accounting for the 0300 end time. 1. That is not true as clear by the dispatch time and the drop time. 2. Even if the truck went to Carson after dropping the vehicle, it is only a 1 hour drive. Make the math make sense. Even if I were charged the full rate and not “cut a break” I still paid more. The level of professionalism displayed by this business is non existent. The fact they are “the only tow company contracted with WSP” they feel that they are entitled to rip off private paying people. The company also told me that they should have towed the vehicle to their tow yard as I as the owner of the vehicle and the person paying for the tow has no right to say where the vehicle is towed. The receipts I have posted prove my claim of being over charged. I would never recommend this company for any business. If they cheat for their tow, imagine how much they overcharge for any other service they provide.
