Larry and crew went above and beyond to help us when we found ourselves stranded after a flat tire incident. After towing our car to their shop, they helped make arrangements so we could get picked up by family there even though it was after hours. We had the ominous (!) icon show up on our Subaru dashboard and were lucky enough to come through Reddi Towing and found Jess. He was kind, patient, and most helpful in helping us check our tire pressures, pump them up, and rest the rating. Thank you Jess, you’ve been stellar!

After being failes by Progessive and being stranded for 24 hours out in The Dalles, Oregon. Larry wad amazing and made sure I made it home safely. Sherry was absolutely wonderful over the phone. Larry was prepared to come get me at midnight after knowing I have been stranded in The Dalles since 3 pm. We made a game plan for the morning since I already got a hotel room after my insurance claimed no towing was available until that time. Larry showed up thd next morning loaded up my car and we made our way all the way back to my house in Brush Prairie, Washington.
