Cashmere Inn went above and beyond to help when my original booking was impacted by the weather, and they followed up to make sure everything was taken care of. I can’t say enough about how good their customer service is. Stephanie at the front desk especially was awesome.

We had a reservation to stay here and enjoy Leavensworth near by. However the area is experiencing floods and power outages. I called and they were very understanding about canceling my stay. I appreciate the customer service and understanding. We will be sure to book here on our make up trip in the future.

I usually stay here every other year an it’s always be a perfect stay . They even topped themselves this year because I was bone head an forgot my new not cheaper charger for my electronics. An they shipped it to me an didn’t want me to pay as much as it was my fault they definitely will always have my business
