We trusted this neighbor/business to help us with our UTV repairs. We took him our Mule telling him the accelerator kept getting stuck. He could not duplicate the problem so it was not corrected. The problem continued off and on thereafter and it finally died completely. We contacted this business via their published email on January 19th. We never got a response so we called and he claimed he never got our email. He promised to put us on his list of over 80 customers in line for repairs. It's now MAY. We've called a few times, emailed, used his online contact form and can't even get a confirmation that we're on his list and where we're at on this list.We have few resources in close proximity. I get that. We're also less than a mile from Gary and we're in a tough spot without that vehicle which I explained in every message. The fact that this neighbor doesn't even have the courtesy to respond tells me everything I need to know about he, his Dad and his business. So many people seem to think that this business is great but when you can't even communicate with a customer in FOUR MONTHS, frankly, you SUCK. This review is posted on both performance AND ethical issues. Thanks for nothing, Gary.

I will admit I know nothing, so this was a call of faith. I got 3 quads out of a divorce and my kids want to ride now. I don't want to be stranded in the woods. Amazing owner, was willing to answer questions, honest about bikes and what to expect. Throughly impressed!!!

You know why this guy gets 5 stars from me and everyone else because hes that d*** good at his job. If I could rate this guy at 10 he would be at 20 in my book. I have a 2014 Maverick Max 1000 R and he has been the best customer service ever. I travel about 50 miles just to go to his store and bypass numerous. Motorcycle shops. And I've tried them all since 2014 and they cannot touch this guy. Appreciate all your hard work and everything you do man. Thank you. Thank you.Services: Carburetor cleaning

This Father/Son ran shop is top tier. If they don't have the part, it's there quickly and it's exactly what you ordered. The mechanical work they do is also top notch. They settle for nothing less than perfect. They communicate and prices are fair.
