“My husband and I just wanted to give Joel and his team at Napa Auto Parts a HUGE shoutout!! We were on our way camping (trailer, bikes, firewood, kid, dog, you name it ?) to Cape Disappointment and ready to climb KM when we lost acceleration. Signal said reduced power and change fuel filter. We had no warning and no cell service. Luckily, it was only going up hill that was the problem but we made our way slowly back to Skamokawa and called Napa to see if they had a fuel filter for our make and model of truck and any possible way we could be squeezed in ? Woohoo! They did! Joel got on the phone and my husband explained what happened and where we were heading and how long was it going to take. He said we’ll fit you in just head on over. We pulled right up they were waiting for us with filter in hand. Ran diagnostics…sure enough filter was the problem changed it in 30-45mins and we were back on our way!! Our experience here turned our “You gotta be KIDDING me ?!!” moment to phew ? that wasn’t too bad! Icing on the cake was we received a text message from Joel later on asking if we made it ok. Quick service, quality care, with reasonable prices! Thanks again for turning a stressful situation into a quick fix ? Happy customers!”
