If I could leave zero stars, I would. We moved to a new house and our old provider didn't have service. Went to AT&T in Centralia. They said there is a three day refund period in case there was no service at my house. Returned the phones on the third day to the store for a full refund due to no service at my home. The employee ensured that the service would be refunded, no issues. 30 days later I get a bill for $221. Called the customer service number, they said that the cancellation reason was "port out "and not "no service", so they didnt issue a refund. Waiting on a call back from a supervisor....

The store rep, in my opinion and my sons opinion was rude. I asked for a breakdown of my billing and he seemed to have attitude. When I asked about the charges other than the plan he said "talk to your government" I said I was here to get help from him, I told he needs to help me understand the charges. He seemed like he didn't want to help and was anxious to go back to what ever he was doing. The store only had 1 other customer. My son also said that he had some off the wall and inappropriate things he said. I was so disappointed that I was considering switching carriers . I've always had good service but yesterday was a surprise. I am not happy with that store.

I had a pretty bad experience at this store. I called for a specific phone I wanted. I was told by the manager that he had the phone in his hand and would be waiting for me. I drove 45 min to get this phone, and when I got there, the manager told me he really didn't have the phone but had something close. I will never trust this store again. It's sad that someone had been so deceitfulto get a sale.

Went to this location when I was 17/18 (female) to get my phone transferred, unlocked, and to get a new one. The service was provided. However at some point they messaged my phone to ensure it was receiving texts and such. The male associate helping me must've used his personal phone for this, as later that day he messaged me. I felt quite uncomfortable that as a young female this male associate took advantage of the opportunity to breach my personal information for his own gain, without my knowledge or consent.

The heavy set woman employee there with the purple hair is the full definition of rude. I don't know how she even has a job in a customer service job. She needs to go!! She treated my wife and I like we were d**** regardless of the questions we asked. We just needed advice and help reducing the bill. We weren't welcome the moment we walked in.Maybe it's a racial issue, or maybe she just sucks at customer service. The moment she "helped" us she kicked us out the store. Like literally kicked us out by escorting us to the door. She needs to go. This happened yesterday at this location. (Management look at the store cameras for proof) I'm sure it's probably the same female from the previous bad reviews!

I miss Gerald's assistance at this store! I came in and purchased a new (expensive) case for my new I phone. I was already irritated because I paid full price for the case; I usually got a discount as part of my Gov Phone Plan until then (the female employee told me that didn't apply). I also thought it was weird that she kept the box to my case.After thinking about the transaction during lunch, I decided to return the case. I waited about 10 minutes and finally was assisted by the Manager; he was very helpful. I returned the case and have a full refund coming hopefully within a week....

I opened the door and clerk immediately shouted her scripted greeting. Very annoying. I hadn't even stepped in the door. Told clerk what I needed, very clearly and slowly, but she didn't listen so I had to repeat myself. Told her that I had spent 3 hours on phone with at&t non american, non English speaking tech support who could not get service to work and told me to go to nearest store for new sim card. I spent over half hour just trying to get my sim card. Finally did but it was just as exasperating and excruciating to come in to the att store as it was calling them.

I had the most amazing time here at AT&T in Centralia, Paul and Contessa knowledge of the product was great. We bought a new iPhone, watch and AirPods what an amazing team.
