Would leave a zero if I could. Came into store paid for new service and suppose to get new phone. They said having system issues and can’t give me phone and refund takes 72 hours. So now I don’t have a phone and the one I have I scheduled to be shut off. This is ridiculous. Don’t take peoples money if you can’t honor the transaction

Juan did a very good job explaining things to me. He helped other people in the store respectfully while also helping me. He was very kind and professional. I will be back.

Juan in the Centralia boost mobile is a very good worker. He helped my grandparents get exactly what they were looking for and was very kind while doing so. I very highly recommend this store along with the chehalis location

My phone stopped charging and I expected that I would need to buy a new one. Instead, he fixed up my phone in only a few minutes. Great store.

People very nice but i steel cant get service at night tells me only emergency calls. Lots of dropped calls through the day an cant send texts even when im close to boost store ill b moving on this month im tiered of paying 4 something i cant hardly use

Brian is a dummy . needs to pay more attention to what he's doing when setting things up . not to mention rude because he wont admit he messed up somewhere. Cant wait to switch companies.

Brian Smith was friendly, knowledgable and provided excellent service. Would recommend his services to anyone.
