Scheduled a truck for pick up 9am, got a call stating it will be coming from Seattle and he would call us. We waited 3 hrs did some shopping In the area and then dropped in. Still no truck. Said he would let us know. NO you won't, this is a move for a household 2500 miles across the country. You will not have my business, canceled and heading to uhaul as I type. No appoglies, no customer service, nothing. What a joke!!!

Do not drop off or pick up a vehicle at this location. We talked to him about dropping it off later in the day compared to 8am on Sunday when our drop off time was scheduled. We asked him about extra fees and he answered with a round about answer of "It doesn't matter when you drop it off, we have enough trucks"..."We are closed anyway, drop it off whenever in front of the motorcycle shop." I did just that and returned the vehicle at noon on Sunday. Come Monday I was charged $212 without notice for an extra day, insurance and a cleaning fee. I understand the cleaning fee. He worked to clean it and should receive payment for that. However he cost us $161.79 that I did not budget for and it almost caused overdraft fees. After I called him about the charges he informed me that he has been in business for 40+ years. I'm sure he has stayed in business by screwing over people like myself on a daily basis. Make sure you get a clear yes or no from him. He manipulated me into an extra $161.79 and I'm sure he wouldn't hesitate to do it to more people.

Don't even drop off your rental truck here! My husband and I rented one and returned it in person, when we said we filled it up all the way, he said what no tip this time,? The second time we returned a truck we also filled the gas tank all the way but dropped off at night. He charged our card $53.88 for gas. We topped of the tank before we returned and have the receipt to prove it!

Dont go to this location. The truck we rented from boise idaho had no gas cap and was niether full nor even checked. After we explained it to the guy he called us liars and threatend to punch our lights out. He said he personally checked it....in boise lmao

Great to work with! Their prices were very fair. The gentleman I worked with allowed me to reschedule twice - once because of a windstorm and concerns about the weather and the other because I missed him due to scheduling confusion. He did not charge me a re-booking fee either time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Lewis County who needs to move. Having used other services (ahem the one across the street) I would say they are the best in town.
