I bought a gift card from Eddie Bauer 3 weeks ago for a birthday gift to my father. A couple days after my dad went to try and use the card they told him their systems were down and couldn't use any gift cards to buy clothes. It's been over 3 weeks since then and we were told today by the store manager that the new systems are still transferring and they have no idea when we will be able to use our gift card. Disappointed in how the situation was handled and now have no idea when the gift card will even be able to be used.

We were looking for a dress vest. What they had was some very outdoorsy looking full vest that just was not what we were looking for. But they had a lot of clothing that you would expect from Eddie Bauer very high-end more outdoorsy type of clothing.

The staff here are awesome, especially the manager (guy with an awesome beard). They run a clean shop, greet you when you walk in, and are always looking to help. I'll honestly be going here for all of my clothes shopping from now on.

I've had some issues with rainier pants and have had to exchange several pairs for varying issues. Not all the Eddie Bauer stores have been great about this but the one in Centralia was excellent! Deb was extremely helpful with a warm and welcoming demeanor. There are many in retail who could learn from her! Thank you!

Great sales all the time. The store can still be a little spendy, but great quality, but highly recommend. I got a and eighty dollar pair of sandals on sale for $16.
