Grease Monkey is now known as Phoenix Garage. Still a well known fake shop that scams customers for thousands of dollars. Hence why they've changed names 3 times ever since Rebecca took over...she is also well known for verbally attacking customers whenever she is proven wrong. None of the mechanics are educated in the trade and aren't certified. They replace mechanics almost monthly. It's astonishing there hasn't been more legal cases or the simple fact Rebecca shouldn't be allowed a business license.

Paid a couple grand for a new transmission and clutch install. They didn’t add any gear oil and they also reused the old gasket’s which eventually failed not much later. Avoid this place and save the headache.

Had them do wiring work on my my truck. I tried to keep in contact with them to check on the progress and to see how much my bill was. I had one of there mechanical working on my truck. Then he got taken off my truck and some other mechanic got put on my truck and they put parts on my truck without calling me and they cut wires for my tow package and I just look under it and the wire to the starter is loose. They didn’t even fix everything on my truck so be careful on what u have them do to your vehicle. They might take a vantage of you like they did me a war veteran.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Paid for new transmission. Took 8 months and still don't work right. but before the new one got put back in my rig. I told them I just want some of my money back and they told me I'm not getting s*** back that they completed the job they was told to do and that when new transmission came in they would drop it off at my door. Now with new transmission still don't work right.
