Arrived to get my haircut to a note on the door saying they were closed for the day. This place never seems to be open. Guess thats why hairmasters can charge $35 or whatever for a crappy haircut.

It's great when they have staff at the Centralia location. I know times are tough getting employees so no stars taken off. Still get good cuts here for a good price.

Just shut the place down already. The hours are unsteady, you don't cut hair until closed. This place has had issues for a couple years now.

This place is a total riot! My boyfriend asked for eyebrow-length hair, but the stylist Joy gave him a bull cut instead. And let me tell you, the other stylists were so grumpy the whole time. But wait, it gets even better! They deleted my first review. I mean, seriously? Never coming here again. Great Clips, maybe it's time to get some new employees? LOL.

I paid $20 for a good haircut from a woman named Ricci. I will go there again. I signed in online and it made it easier.

Love this Chehalis Great Clips! The stylist are so friendly, and they really listen to what you want, and I have never Bern disappointed with my cut. Angel even recommended what I should do, and it turned out better than I could have imagined!!

Got a haircut here for my birthday, I usually do my own hair because I have bad experiences with the “professionals” unless it’s expensive places like Gene Juarez… the staff was friendly but the personal cutting my hair… I asked for layers and facial framing… I got one… very short and steep layer that definitely wasn’t what I asked for and my facial framing wasn’t even and very choppy… and not very framing at all. Plus about 2 1/2 inches were taken off my length all together which, I had not asked for at all. I paid, I went home and had to fix my hair cut. I’m depressed I lost about 3 months of length and had to keep telling myself it will grow back. Had hair down to my breasts and now it’s touching my shoulders. Not happy.

They WILL mess your hair up. Asked for a low skin fade and the fade didn't start till they were damn near on top of my head. Not to mention the fade looks like they put a bowl around my head and just cut around it. Never coming back here. Take your money elsewhere PLEASE. Easily the worst hair cut I've ever received worst part is I had to pay for this monstrosity.

Wonderful atmosphere and lovely service. They gave me the exact cut I wanted and offered a great product for me as well. Amazing staff, and a very clean shop.
