“I've been doing business with this location for almost 20 years and during that time they've always provided excellent service and been able to work through any problems that come up from time to time as it does with any business. Travis does a great job training is employees to put customer service above and beyond anything else and as a result any question you might have is always taken care of the best way possible. I just recently dealt with one at this location with a pretty tough case. You not only took care of the problem but I ended up with a better program than I had when I called. This is why I always be with boost Mobile and anybody that's in the Centralia area should definitely go to this location on high Street to get your account set up. I would never think of going anywhere else as a result of the quality of service that they always provide their customers.”

“MASON IS THE MAN. My sister & I wanted to get on a plan together & were the first ones in on a Saturday morning. This dude was handling multiple customers by himself & kept his cool the entire time & was able to help everyone with the customer service you don't see from the younger generation today (I'm 35 & saying this makes me feel old, but you probably know what I mean). This dude is the STANDARD for customer service. He asked me if I was happy with my home internet (which I'm not but thought I had the fastest available for my apartment building), & so not only was I able to switch to a new plan to save money, but now I'm going to have faster internet for less, and one less bill to pay once I shut my old provider off. I was surprised to hear him say he was a manager (not sure if there are multiple) for his age but his experience & knowledge put any doubts to rest. Hope the best for this guy & he has given me a great first impression of T-Mobile. THANKS MASON!!!”

Brought the box home and split.I never in my life had such an ordeal trying to set the box up and get service for internet.Then on the 4th day or maybe 3rd day .. I went to the store and talked with owner and very nice gal working there.They both were understanding and helpful. Not to mention very nice.I was given a super cool glass from the owner . He didn't have to do that . But he listened and felt for my frustration I highly recommend this store in Centralia Washington. If I didn't have the free phone from the state.
