Excellent customer service! Frazier was so patient and kind and answered all of my questions! He accommodated my out of town status with a temp code so that I could review the unit prior to renting. I highly recommend this business.

I won an auction from storage treasures for the property on Reynolds in Centralia wa. I called a total of 5 times from Oct 3 to Oct 5. We paid for unit and cleaning deposit, $217.55. We wanted to find out if we could use our deposit to rent the unit. I got so much run around, the ? has not got back to us to see if we can do that. I see you called we're still waiting to here from our manager if we could use the $150 for renting the unit. We went back and for so we looked at the website they closed on Saturday at 5:30 pm. Since we had no concrete yes, no, screw you, etc. We took the 1.5 hour trip from Beaverton, OR. To find a note, after we were told the person was there until 5:30 pm, that they closed at 4:30 pm. If I hadn't called I could understand the note. But us calling and telling them we would be there by 4:45 pm. And no one said hey, by the way, we're closing at 4:30. That is such horrible customer service. That and being told on the phone once at the property and waiting. We called yet again a bit upset, understandably, to be told magically that we could use our deposit for renting unit. Hell no I'm not renting after all the run around.
We demanded our money back, $217.55...hell you can keep the $63 bucks GIVE ME MY CLEANING DEPOSIT $150 BACK. We asked for a refund on Saturday 10/5/24 and the woman on the phone, sounds like a call center, said we would have our refund in 3 to 5 business days. We are on day 5, no refund.
Give me my money back. I didn't even get what I paid for.
I WILL ALSO SAY WE WERE TOLD A MANAGER WOULD CALL US...NOPE, NOT ONE CALL. WE ARE ENTITLED TO OUR REFUND. WE DID COMMUNICATION FROM OUR END.

The area in which you give someone to park a trailer is to small to comfortably park one you have homeless people living in the storage yard off gold street location we paid for a spot an never moved in fearing our unit wouldn't fit or may get broken into

people, never play youth here, I won youth, I came to the office, they say I have to wait a couple of hours, I waited a couple of hours, I came, they say another person won it for a lower price, think like that before dealing with them

The management are bully's if you poor pay them the good money and they will leave you alone but when you are downsizing or having trouble that will but very hard on you and will find anything to charge you with any will take any thing that is left outside even if it is in your space even a yard trailer if your poor there are those people that have bank who seem to be able to get away with it so be carefully renting from them and be ready to pay if you dont you will lose the very things your paying to store

this place has changed hands,it use to be named something else and was owned by another company,this place is located in a convenient place for people needing storage. the manager was decent and polite to my friend whom is renting a unit and also another person whom rents another unit. knowing the job as I use to work for another company that supplies storage units to the public,it's easy to lose the politeness at times when you have people who don't think they have to pay their bills and get locked out of their units,but we still bite and hold our words. keep up the good work,it's ok to wait till no1 is around to let out a few @*&+&$#*+&& words ?
