Our booking got canceled with only 1.5 weeks notice. We booked on another site and they said that site or others they use cause them to be overbooked so they just canceled on us. Why are they on those sites then! Pretty disappointing.

I booked this motel 7 months ago for my family. They cancelled my reservation 1 week prior to my departure. Motels are limited hence why i initiated early booking. Not EVER going to consider OYO brand moving forward.
