Recently received new management and they seem to take complaints seriously as well as issues leftover from previous management. Will give higher review pending fixes of our problems leftover from previous mess we had been left with. Thanks maintenance and office!

I would read this in full ... My experience here was awful. The first few years were ok but after that it went downhill. The quick complaints are broken gym equipment, broken hot tub, shrubs literally growing over your apartment windows to where you can't see in or out, dog feces everywhere, constant car break ins and automobile theft, trash everywhere, no consequences for neighbors parking in covered reserved spots or handicapped spots, cigarettes everywhere. Now besides all of that the worst part about living here is the fact that you might get a neighbor who lives right next to you who smokes weed 24/7 inside with his baby, is unemployed, and a registered "Level 1 non compliant" person with a kidnapping charge in lewis county. When the apartments were provided proof of this person residing here being unregistered to the address and not on the lease they did nothing at one point I was told and I quote "because of new covid guidelines being so tight we can't do anything unless there was a body". The cops come all the time for him and his girlfriend arguing and screaming. Because they smoke inside it fills all of the units in that particular building so bad everyone can smell it. Every person in that building complained about seeing it, smelling it, etc and nothing was done for over 9 months. We're not talking about smoking outside either this is a constant indoor smoking to where 11 units are affected and nothing was done. Now this is just one building but I'm aware of several other buildings having similar issues and problems. All I can say is every tenant should carefully read their rental agreement and know their tenant rights because you have the right to a quiet enjoyment of your unit which smoking violates and a smoke free unit which is another part in the lease. I allowed 9 months for the issue to be resolved in good faith before asking out of my lease and they still never fixed it after being told several times they were looking into evicting the other tenants causing the issues. This is just my experience but one I felt was important to share.

These CROOKS will walk all over you! They put my terminally ill father out on the street over an easily negotiable issue. After six years as a faithful tennant, my dad was evicted on ZERO notice over ONE late payment! My father's next check was due in only a matter of days but that wasn't quick enough for these unreasonable @$$ho!es! Furthermore, they gave us one hour to retrieve an entire apartment full of belongings and proceeded to make false accusations to the police that we had "physically threatened" them after simply questioning their legitimacy. Needless to say they STOLE all of my father's property and now we are banned from the location. The worst part is these fascist communists wouldn't even allow my dying father access to his medical supplies!!

Absolutely hated living here just recently moved at the end of April and my down stairs neighbors were horrible always complained about my one year old playing or crying in the middle of the night. Also for a 1 bedroom I paid nearly 1000 a month witch is Ridiculous for a freind of mine lives in a 3 bedroom and only pays 8 something a month. Also they have nothing for kids to play on and ppl drive through there like it's a race track. Could never take my kids outside without being afraid we where going to be ran over.

This apartment complex has really gone downhill in the 4 years I have lived here. They are now allowing all sizes and multiple dogs to be in the apartments. Apparently, all you have to do is pay a fee for each dog. I have noticed a lot more big dog poop piles around when I take my little dog out for a walk. It is really disgusting and makes the complex much less desirable to live in. PSA: If you walk your dog in public places, please be a considerate human being and pick up after it when it goes to the bathroom. People should not have to dodge land mines while out for a walk I also wanted to add - they no longer allow us to use the clubhouse for anything!! It used to be open when the property manager was here with a little kitchen area and a television. We were allowed to sign up to have birthday parties, etc in there. No longer allowed. Also, the property manager is no longer "on-site" unless you call and make an appointment to meet her here for something.

As renters I would not recommend this complex. The maintenance is rude, condescending, and sexually harrassment is ongoing as he refers to the women of this complex as sweetie and honey and baby its demeaning and disgusting. As for management again rude and unwilling to even hear what a tenant has to say as she trolls the complex looking for residents to harass. We are on a lease and as soon as it's up we are done with this place. The management also can't remain consistantly on the lease as one month we are being charged one price. The next month another price. I am afraid for my safety in the complex and the safety of others as maintenance and a resident troll the grounds looking in people's apartments. I am taking legal action. This is pure harassment. You may not have anything on your back patio as management claims its COMMON AREA even though your storage area is on the patio. The appliances are 15 years old and they are constantly having problems with their plumbing and appliances. If you like being watched and terrorized and being treated poorly then this is the complex for you

I lived here for about 18 months. In that time I was never late on rent nor had a single complaint ever filed against me. Being an Army Vet, I'm used to living in apartments as I moved around from post to post with my family.Never have I lived in an apartment complex with a staff that seemed to care so little. In the 18 months I was there, I've seen 3 different Managers. One of which (the current one), tried to convince me that the tar streaks running down the bathroom walls were in fact yellow water. (We've been told by multiple maintenance staff and other occupants that the last tenant had been a smoker, which was why they replaced the carpets, and supposedly deep cleaned the apartment. Neither I or my husband smoke). Now that I've moved out, cleaning costs were deducted from my deposit, leaving me with $25. I wish I could say it was deserved, but I've never been a dirty person. Perhaps it was the military conditioning, perhaps it's just something else that's a part of my personality, regardless, that apartment was in no way dirty when we left. It just sickens me that they siphoned money from the last tenant for "cleaning fees" when they obviously never touched the apartment. Large globs of tar pooled up on the window sills and running down the walls. As far as maintenance is concerned, it took me some time to finally get someone in to repair the light in our kitchen (~6-8 months). The manager told us it was our duty to do so. Keep in mind this isn't your typical screw in lightbulb, but the long florescent tubes. Which come to find out, once someone finally came to look at it, was jerry rigged and burned out the ballast. The manager never seemed easily reachable. The times he was supposed to be in office he wasn't. They seemed to care more about the outward appearance more than ensuring it's tenants had the things they needed. All in all, this is by far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived. The staff didn't really ever seem to be around when you had an issue. I've never felt like just a paycheck more than this place.

This complex has gone downhill. The new management is not personable and likes to leave notes on all of the doors like you are in school. If you have a problem you are out of luck. ****DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR**** I have not talked to anyone one on the bottom floor that does not have a problem with noise. I can hear the people upstairs open their drawers. When they walk most if the time it sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. You can hear the stereo vibrations over the TV. It is terrible. Moving as soon as possible.
