Adjacent to the freeway but wasn't noisy

Very dated decor and furniture throughout, however, the room was clean and that is what matters! The bed was super noisy, slightest movement caused loud noise, which can be irritating when trying to sleep. Pillows were quite bad, but despite this I slept well. If all you need is a bed to sleep in, then it's a good enough place. Convenient location off the hwy.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this 2-star hotel — honestly, I think it deserves at least 3 stars! And I say that as someone who travels a lot. From the moment I arrived, the front desk attendant greeted me warmly and patiently answered all my questions.
The cleanliness of the hotel really impressed me — both the room and bathroom were spotless. The shampoos and conditioners were surprisingly high quality; my hair stayed shiny all day after using them. The towels were thick and fluffy, which added a nice touch of comfort.
The room itself was spacious and quiet. I stayed alone in a queen-sized bed and had plenty of space to relax. Despite being close to a highway, I didn’t hear any noise from the road or neighboring rooms, which was a huge plus.
Breakfast also exceeded my expectations. Yes, it’s America, so most of it was typical junk food, but for a free breakfast at this price point, I was genuinely impressed. The pancake-making machine was a cute bonus, and I appreciated the healthier options like boiled eggs (great for someone like me who tries to eat clean and avoid sugar).
The only downside was the coffee — it was very weak and tasted more like water than actual coffee. But honestly, that’s my only complaint.
I paid $160.98 after tax for a Saturday night during peak summer season, and I think it was well worth it. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and budget-friendly place to stay.

We had a nice queen room that was an adjoining room to our friends wh were traveling with us. Clean, quiet, decent price. Excellent Continental Breakfast! Pancake machine, cereals, juices, bagels, muffins , boiled eggs, fruit, cheese sticks, coffee, tea...

If you want anything remotely quiet, bring ear plugs and noise canceling headphones and prayers, or stay elsewhere.
Shower SCREAMED when turned on (is the plumbing haunted?) Sink faucet leaked terribly. Rolling over on the beds created enough noise to wake the dead (maybe that would explain the shower). And EVERY TIME any room door on our floor closed, the art on the walls vibrated LOUDLY in our room.
I could hear coughing in the next room, not hacking up a lung, just a cough here and there. The walls must be made of material that amplifies sound to be able to hear that.
All of this to say I've been lying in bed for almost three hours wondering if I'll ever sleep again. Oh, and the pillows... Tiny. No support. I've slept better using throw pillows.
I mean, what's the point of a hotel if you can't get a good night's sleep due to noise?
Advice to management: fix the insanely noisy plumbing. Remove the insanely noisy art. Replace the insanely noisy mattresses.
I've been in plenty of old basic dated inexpensive motels with paper thin walls, but none had so many different ways of waking you up in the middle of the night.

We used the banquet room for our family holiday celebration. Great value for the space!

Priced at the price of classier hotels. Small bathroom. The hallway to the room is narrow and not really relaxing. They have place window stoppers so you cannot open them limited fresh air

Basic hotel. Not updated but clean. The bathroom was very very tiny, but the bathtub was deep, which was great because there was no pool.

The customer service was great and the lobby was very nice. It looks like the outside and lobby were remodeled in recent years maybe, but the rooms still have a bit of a 90's feel. It's location is conveniently located just a couple minutes from plenty of food/shopping. There was a coffee shop, Subway, a cafe, and two service station stores within walking distance. The free continental breakfast was good, Wished there was a bit more for those with dietary restrictions (less carbs, gluten/sugar free, etc). The rooms were ok, but the biggest turn off was the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room and the pillows were small and offered very little support. We had a toy poodle with us and there must have been some chemical treatment on all the bark/dirt landscaping because my dog would smell it and refuse to walk on it. There was no grass on the property, so we had to take the dog across the street to a patch of grass in front of a construction project to use the restroom.

I mean I know it probably isn't worth 4 stores to many, but i been to a lot of 2 star hotels, and this one seems pretty decent all around. One bed was great, one was very old and sucked, but they gave us stuff to make it comfier and overall had a decent sleep. one plug didnt work, but an extension cord was available. The shower actually had better pressure than my last 5 star i stayed at. The location looks bad, but its actually next to downtown, which is great, i recommend hitting up the victorian/ steampunk store. coming in from california, sure it isnt seattle, but the outdoor views, even with the highway, were amazing with all the trees and supple greenery. The sound deadening is amazing compared to a lot of modern hotels i been in, so honestly i overlooked its flaws a lot, because you can be in the nicest thing on the planet, but wont be able to sleep, and this place i wasnt able to hear my neighbors until i walked out to the hallway. And of course, things were clean, and staff will do their own thing but just dial room service and they get to you fast as hell.

Hotel is strategically located off the freeway and close to Mt. Rainier and St. Helena. Also close to the outlet shops. Nice rooms, decent price, good breakfast, nice staff, what else to wish for.

I recently stayed at this in Peppermill inn, and had a fantastic experience. They were very accommodating, allowing us to stay with my two emotional support cats. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the rooms are new and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming and understanding regarding our situation.
The reception workers are the best and helped us so much, best workers of the year!
Our stay was very enjoyable. Thank you so much!
Highly recommended!

We recently stayed here halfway through the Seattle to Portland bike ride. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and even moved up the complimentary breakfast service times to make sure all the cyclists were fed in time to hit the road again. I also appreciated that the staff took great care of our bicycles. We will definitely stay here again!
