“I called the Centralia Annex today when a customer's package was misdelivered (which, while unfortunate, is understandable considering the inconceivable amount of packages USPS moves daily). I spoke to Jim, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I left my number with him and he called me back quickly with a solution: the package had been located and delivered to my customers! Even if it hadn't, I would've been very impressed by the on-point customer service. Thank you so much, Centralia Annex!”
