I spoke to Jim, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I left my number with him and he called me back quickly with a solution: the package had been located and delivered to my customers! Even if it hadn't, I would've been very impressed by the on-point customer service. Thank you so much, Centralia Annex!”

“On my way through the area, I had to send a letter by priority mail. Luckily, this post office was nearby, and I found plenty of 15-minute street parking. The gentleman at the counter was friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. He seemed to anticipate my needs even before I had to ask.”

“This post office accepts mail and manages PO boxes, lock changes, etc. Carriers for Tenino are out of Centralia Annex but the Tenino Post Master is very responsive and knowledgeable to help with any delivery issues or questions. I've never lived anywhere that I've been on a first name basis with the staff like this but I enjoy this team and know I'll get an answer and more than just the usual run around. I've worked with them for both personal and business mail needs.”
“Everyone was so helpful and friendly here. Staff also deserve a new scanner! Despite some minor issues with the scanner, staffs had a great sense of humor and made us all giggle while waiting.”
