214 Centralia College Boulevard, Centralia WA 98531
“Grayson was amazing! Unfortunately I didn’t walk in there in the best of moods and he still took me for my passport appointment though I was late and unprepared. He then patiently listened to every question I had and despite the mood I walked in with, I walked out laughing and smiling!”

3615 Northpark Drive, Centralia WA 98531
“I called the Centralia Annex today when a customer's package was misdelivered (which, while unfortunate, is understandable considering the inconceivable amount of packages USPS moves daily). I spoke to Jim, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I left my number with him and he called me back quickly with a solution: the package had been located and delivered to my customers! Even if it hadn't, I would've been very impressed by the on-point customer service. Thank you so much, Centralia Annex!”

4810 Galvin Road, Galvin WA 98544
“I love this post office and the people who staff it; I think we're so lucky! Not sure how this great example of one of the last small post offices around will survive, but I'll be grateful to be able to run around the corner to it, while it does.”

111C 2nd Ave NE, Napavine WA 98565
“I love my p.o. box. It prevents mail stealing or my mail sitting up front for days going thru all kinds of hands. We have front office that gets all mail for the park. The hours the doors are unlocked are decent and they work with you when you have packages come thru. The napavine post office employees are super nice and friendly. I've been there over two years now and haven't had any problems. It's a great place.”

225 Northwest Cascade Avenue, Chehalis WA 98532
“On my way through the area, I had to send a letter by priority mail. Luckily, this post office was nearby, and I found plenty of 15-minute street parking. The gentleman at the counter was friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. He seemed to anticipate my needs even before I had to ask.”

124 Sussex Ave W, Tenino WA 98589
“This post office accepts mail and manages PO boxes, lock changes, etc. Carriers for Tenino are out of Centralia Annex but the Tenino Post Master is very responsive and knowledgeable to help with any delivery issues or questions. I've never lived anywhere that I've been on a first name basis with the staff like this but I enjoy this team and know I'll get an answer and more than just the usual run around. I've worked with them for both personal and business mail needs.”

“Everyone was so helpful and friendly here. Staff also deserve a new scanner! Despite some minor issues with the scanner, staffs had a great sense of humor and made us all giggle while waiting.”
