Daniel and Erica, have been incredibly kind and helpful every time I have to make a drop off. From my own experiences as well as the many times I've seen them go out of their way to help their clients, I can confidently tell you the Postnet team will go above and beyond for you. Making sure you feel safe and secure with whatever packages you leave in their care.

Erica helped me run down a package that had nothing to do with Postnet by using external resources. It didn't benefit her to help me at all, but she helped with pure enthusiasm and professionalism.

Was closed after the posted opening hours. Very rude staff and no apology when I had to return later. Never will use this place again. CHANGE YOUR HOURS OR OPEN ON TIME!!

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. They are egar to help and do it efficiently.The only issue I have, their prices aren't posted and they're inconsistent. The last three times I've gone in to fax paperwork, the price changes. One set of 11 pages sent off was less than $11. Second set of 11 pages $30, third set of three pages $17. It appears they charge for the use of two fax machines, local fax and additional local fax... And the additional local fax is more than the local fax... I even made my own fax cover sheet to "save money".I'm a small business owner and the inconsistent cost of sending faxes is frustrating and costly. In this day and age, you definitely pay for convenience. Unfortunately, I'll have to find a different business to fax from. I can't afford Post Net.

A friend sent me a package through them that was $200 in shipping and they messed it up so then I had to pay $82 more to get it sent directly from FedEx instead.

Sent a 200 dollar package to a friend. They said they would custom package the shipment but did not cover the old shipping labels on the box and was never delivered to recipient, instead came back to me. Had to pay again and ship it directly through FedEx.

I love the all in one location. Hate having to run all over town to go to USPS or UPS or FedEx. You can get everything done right here and they even offer printing of the shipping labels so even better.

Very friendly and helpful staff! I'm disabled and they always help me out to my vehicle with anything even slightly heavy (greatly appreciated). They recognize their box renters on site and grab their items as quickly as possible. I have heard them talking politely with print job customers to provide guidance with a job, too.

Shipping costs are outrageous. Shipping a usps flat rate box should not be $17 more than if I shipped it from the post office.Sorry no more business from me.Bottom line. A $22 flat rate package using usps supplied free box shouldn't cost $37, that's excessive, that's gouging.
