This is the grossest display of healthcare I’ve ever encountered. Please save yourself a world of disappointment and go to Olympia. Just now being taken back into a room after waiting 9 hours.

I came to the er at 9 am today, it is currently 5:30 pm. I have yet to see a doc, but you all make sure you bill my insurance as much as you possibly can. This er is understaffed and because of that, patients pretty much get neglected.I'll be filing an official complaint, patients do have some rights, what is happening in this so called ER is nothing short of malpractice. Either hire some people or close that travesty you Call Er.

We arrived at 10:30am with 4 patients in the waiting room, it’s now 6:30pm and there’s somehow 3-4 people still ahead of us to be called back with the people previously here leaving before given the opportunity to be seen.A nurse in another department told me that the ER was 8 hours behind, but no one at the front counter thought to mention the extended wait time at all.Had we have received that information we would have had plenty of time to go anywhere else to help her.But instead we wasted the whole day sitting on uncomfortable chairs, watching other people suffer or put on a show to be seen sooner while her pain levels arose with now help in sight…

Harassed by security every single time I come in here I've done absolutely nothing wrong I'm pressing charges against those young men as well as the hospital and the EMTs who brought me to the wrong hospital in the first place I shouldn't be here the doctor almost killed me the last time I was here. They have absolutely no business practicing medicine in this hospital in any way and the only joy I take from this is knowing that I get to press charges against every single one of them including the EMTs

DO NOT GO HERE. Would give 0 starts if possible, been here about 10 times. if it's not the 4 to 8 hour lobby wait times it's just straight medical malpractice that gets you. It is better to drive to olympia and instead have 30 minute or less of waiting.

Brought my wife in at 11:30 pm we are still sitting here at 1 AM with no help in sight. Not a busy night at all but I would not recommend this place if you were in any bad situation.

One star is far to good for this place. Been there several times over the years and so far it's pretty much the same each time. After breaking my elbow during covid it took hours to get permission to go in because I'm claustrophobic and could only wear a face shield. The orthopedic specialist said I should have had immediate surgery to repair the damage due to how badly it was broken. He said it was the trifecta of elbow breaks. These people are the definition of ER treat and street. Only they forget the treat part. This last time they lied on discharge notes about what was said and what happened. PCP had to figure out what was happening and work to fix it since these guys were uninterested. This ER isn't worth the effort. If I'm ever dying I'll refuse treatment if this is where the ambulance is headed. I'll take my chances having family drive me to one of the farther out ERs that might have a chance to save me rather than sit and waste my last breaths on this place. They are rated low for a very good reason.

NOT A ER this place should be sued for false claiming so . I got here at 6am for a emergency it is now 11:15 and I’ve seen drs and nurses walking around a saying they’re taking a break drinking coffee while they haven’t helped even one patient all they do is intake you and hope you leave so they can collect without actually doing anything . A EMERGENCY ROOM provides beds intake usually makes you comfortable at least offers you something for pain . I wasn’t given anything and neither was the guy that bleeding out his face sitting here for 3 hours while they intake more people . Do not mistake this as a EMERGENCY ROOM you will be waiting at least a 8 hour work day before your even get seen . HORRIBLE HORRIBLE pratice and that’s putting it lightly .Update : after waiting 6 hour I requested a supervisor or a email contact and I got Emma the supervisor that won’t provide their full name to reference . She informed me I will skipped based on severity of my problem even if they haven’t identified the severity of my problem if they see it as more severe I get skipped . I requested a email to contact her boss so I can show how horribly this is being ran and she tried to call security on me after being patient and waiting 6 hours in pain that’s what I got I’m not sitting outside in the rain , also they have a lot of security just for this reason . Fortunately another employee there listened to what I was saying and apologized saying I’m really sorry we just don’t have the staff and gave me a discharge paper that I requested from Emma and she denied it to me . This indicates my reason for leaving is no staff provided but they will be glad to intake you and have you wait a whole day while they skip you for more profitable intakes and then bill your insurance for the intake when you get fed up and leave . NICE!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in thinking I might possibly need another iron transfusion because of my symptoms. I sat and waited for 6 hours for them to tell me I was just “dehydrated” then sent me home without going over any of my results with me & downplaying my symptoms (also noticed them sending a few patients home without even making it past triage) Next morning another doctor told me according to my results I’m actually losing a little too much blood & need to be seen asap. Centralia hospital is seriously a clown show.

Definitely wouldn't suggest going unless you're dying, and even then they may not believe it.. I went in for appendix related symptoms and wasn't seen for 16 hours, they even tried to convince me to go home before I was seen because they said it probably wasn't appendicitis. People who went in for things like covid went hours before me even though I got there first. After 16 hours I was finally seen and was able to get tests done, I in fact DID have appendicitis and was rushed to surgery. Thankful nothing bad happened but I would think 16 hours is too long to be seen for appendicitis. Too close for comfort.

Dissapointing, sad place! Disgusted at treatment of myself and other patients. This place is horrible! Anyone that gives positive stars must have insurance that pays well, which doesn't mean it is a good hospital. It just means they give you priority. The worst last night. Especially Tamara (she wrote her name down for me so I could make a complaint) in triage(What a piece of work and disappointment). She was the worst, so unprofessional. She banged me. My bandages where hanging off & coming unwrapped because she didnt know or care to properly wrap a bandage. I had open lesions that were bleeding and the soles of my feet were hot & red, on fire. With her mouth full she can barely talk and she tells me I need a pedicure. There is lesions and dark Mark's from wounds and healing(I am dark skinned anyways).I left early without service after 5hrs. There was a sweet elderly man in a blue shirt, he been the waiting 12 hrs.One guy with a laceration from knee to ankle. At least 6 inches wide, cut through the muscles & to the bone. The intake at the desk had put gauze over it and Tamara from triage didnt even look at it and wrapped over it and made him take his tourniquet off. He said they took him in to xray his ankles and brought him back out to waiting room to bleed for several more hours. He was still waiting when I left. With a little girl playing in the waiting room bumping into patience who had been brought in by ambulance and that guy. It was a joke. Digusting. Such a disappointment. They dont deserve any pay for my visit that is for sure. Some paperwork, a blood pressure check and a diabetes check. That's it. Dont count the bandages. A trained monkey could have done it better. Oh, I forgot to mention the lady that passed out on admitting and hit her head.I have had good treatment in facilities and bad, this topped worse experience. I have family in the medical field and will be checking into what to do about it. They deserve no pay.If I could give -(minus) stars I would.

As someone who has worked in the medical field for years, I have to say, I was beyond horrified here. I was brought in to ER in cardiac arrest, vomiting and going in and out of consciousness. Clearly in distress. We waited 12 min before staff even acknowledged our presence, despite my friend pleading for help the entire 12 min. Recieving nothing but rude and uncalled for responses. After taking my info we were told to please have a seat in the waiting area. Are you kidding me? I'm a cardiac patient with history of heart issues, having a heart attack and y'all want me to wait longer? 14 minutes later, we are called back to triage again treated as though we were not worth acknowledgement, until, they hooked me up and realized my heart was beating 288bpm, and I was in fact having a heart attack. Things moved quickly then, however not at all in any friendly manner. I will never go back to this hospital, nor will I ever recommend it!
