Care is okay, but it's ridiculously hard to get a simple question or appointment issue answered on the phone. They say it's due to COVID, but by now this is a lame excuse. Hire another receptionist.

RUDE FRONT DESK STAFF, Older gal sits on the right is always rude to me and always has issues with the system when checking in. She must not be a happy person so she really should not be in customer service.
