Ranei made selling my Mom's house easy and stress free. Ranei was able to get to the highest selling place which helped my Mom greatly! Last year I started talking to Renei. At that time, my Mom was not quite ready to sell. Renei continued to check in with me and was very supportive. At that time, my Mom was going through a lot of medical issues. I am grateful that Ranei was our agent and I recommend her.

Ranei was the best! She basically had my house sold for over asking in 3 days. She walked me through every step of the process and made it easy. I recommend her to anybody looking for the best possible experience!

Worked with Matt James at this Coldwell Banker for listing a home in the area on behalf of my uncle's estate. I spent two weeks 'jumping through hoops' to get all the information he requested even when my probate attorney said I could legally list the property he still asked for more information citing company policy. He literally said in an email that once the probate was officially opened in WA that he'd list the property for me. When I notified him that the probate was started he declined to list the property. Another review by one of their brokers here talks about integrity...they have none in my opinion. When I give my word to someone that I will do something I follow through with it as I expect everyone else to do. I am a veteran and have never been treated so poorly. Hopefully anyone who reads this will stay clear of this office. I have always had pretty good luck with Coldwell Banker but not this time.

The real estate agent I selected to sell my Centralia home, "M' is a associated with this brokerage. The first problem I had with "M" was when I received a full-price offer from a pre-qualified buyer for my home during the first week my house was on the market. I was notified by "M" of the offer and told her to accept it immediately. For the next two days I became distracted with my terminally ill mother. When I realized I had not received any sales documents for signature, I called "M" repeatedly on the telephone until she finally answered while driving. When I asked "M" where the sales documents were, she informed me she had not yet accepted full-price offer from the pre-qualified buyer as I had directed two days earlier. "M" told me she wanted to give my current renter, "D" the opportunity to secure financing so she wouldn't have to inconvenience herself by moving out of my home. At this time "D's" lease had already expired and she was on a month-to-month rental basis. In addition, "M" knew or should have known "D" would not be able to secure bank financing as she required a co-signer to rent my home. I then directed "M" to pull over to the side of the road and call the pre-qualified buyer's agent immediately and accept the full-price offer. "M" complied with my directive. However, this entire incident was very stressful and completely inappropriate on "M's" part. In my view, "M" completely disregarded my instructions and behaved in a grossly irresponsible manner. The next problem I had with "M" involved the home appraisal process. "M" completely failed to monitor and insure a timely appraisal process on the part of the buyer and buyer's agent, which led to the next sequence of errors regarding the sale of my home. My original closing date was Tuesday, May 2, 2017. However, due to the fact the appraisal was not completed and submitted in a timely manner, I was told by "M" I needed to be "flexible" and push out the closing date out until Friday, May 5. "M" then failed to execute a signed "Contract Extension" due to the fact that she was out of town on vacation on the days immediately before my scheduled closing date of May 2. "M's" complete and total inattention to detail left me vulnerable to having the buyer cancel his purchase of my home. In addition, as I was "Out of Contract" for over 24 hours, I was coerced by "M" into signing an additional 2-week "Contract Extension" due to the fact that I was "Out of Contract" and wished to preserve the purchase and sale agreement regarding my home. Finally, I have no evidence that "M" has made any meaningful attempt or effort to intervene with the buyer's bank to facilitate the funding of his mortgage loan. Today is May 4, 2017.My new closing date is May 17, 2017 - a full 15 days after I was originally scheduled to close the sale of my home. I stand to personally realize a $44,000.00 profit on the sale of my home after closing costs and agent commissions are paid. As a result of "M's" cavalier and capricious attitude regarding the sale of my home, I am now unable to realize the benefits of my profits and pay important bills and debts for at least two more weeks, or perhaps even longer. Being denied access to these profits is no small matter in my mind. To add insult to injury, "M" refuses to accept any personal responsibility whatsoever for her multiple failures of process and due-diligence on my behalf. This is the worst business experience I have ever had. My level of frustration with "M" and her brokerage is unspeakable. I have no idea where or when this nightmare will end.
