ReneWellness offers SO many great services. I am a client of Maria. I’ve lost 76 lbs, 19 to go. I know I’ll reach my goal, with her as my coach. She never gives up on me even when I try to give up on myself. I am so thankful for her!

I have been to renew wellness in Lakewood. When I moved down to Tumwater I was relieved to find that there was a Renew Wellness in Centralia. I saw Dr. Meridth for my back and shoulders and had a wonderful experience. Couldn't have been a more professional doc who listens well to my concerns. There were friendly office staff and this clinic is great. Would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.

Dr. Meridth is the best Chiropractor experience I've ever had. Love how it never feels routine and really listens to what is going on with me before adjusting.

I have been going to Renew Wellness since May 2024 for GLP-1 shots. Maria & Nurse Laurie are my biggest cheerleaders & have guided me through the process of this life change. I’m watching the pounds go down in a healthy way & the inches are literally melting off. Their guidance in proper hydration, eating & exercise has helped instill in me the things I need to be successful. I’m 20lbs from my ultimate goal weight & couldn’t be happier! I definitely recommend Renew Wellness if you’re considering starting your journey with GLP-1 medications to ensure you are doing so in a healthy manner!!

After being a Dental Hygienist for 13 yrs, I have developed neck issues. I started going to physical therapy and was told I needed to strengthen my core and upper body to help with the neck pain. Physical therapy has been a huge help but to increase my core strength faster I decided to add Emsculpt treatments through Renew Wellness center. I have had 5 treatments so far and I can’t believe the difference in my core and overall body wellness. I highly recommend the treatments to improve your core and body. It has led me to improve in my exercise routine at home too. Of course with any health journey you have to do the work at home too but Emsculpt has been a huge help in my journey. I highly recommend the treatments to anyone and they do free demos!

Renew Wellness is my one stop shop for taking care of myself. Ideal Protein has helped me to lose body fat and keep my muscle mass after having another baby. The Emsculpt Neo is amazing and has helped tremendously with my abdominal separation. So many amazing services in one tiny shop! Plus the staff are the best.

This place has been a life changer for me. With the coaching I have received from Maria and the products I get weekly I have learned to become a healthier person as well as learn to love myself.
