If I could give no stars or negative stars I would. There is absolutely no reason why when calling the store that it should ring for over 4 minutes before going to the automated menu you get every single time. Don't even get me started on the pharmacy. I try not to hate anything. But this store has got me close.

Place can't even fill a prescription correctly! No one should go here unless you want to be screwed! Choose another place to go for what ever you need! I promise you will be saved from your heart rate going up and your cortisol levels skyrocketing! Do you wanna have a shorter life or a longer life?
If you choose second option maybe this is the place for you.

I called in around 5 to see if a prescription had been received by my foster childs dr office and the pharmacy advised it would be ready within the hour. Upon arriving to the pharmacy they told me they never filled it due to having no insurance on file. They were quick to find a solution to ensure our newly placed child received the medication that was needed. They were kind and respectful of the non typical situation.

Took 9 hours to give me my prescription and kept refusing to give it to me, stating to keep waiting, regardless of me paying out of pocket.

The pharmacy doesn't seem to get any better. On april fifth three prescriptions were called in for me from capital Medical center. An authorized person who I authorized to pick up prescriptions picked up the Prescriptions and upon him giving them to me.I discovered a third one was missing. I called and were given many explanations as to why they were not ready one of them saying that they were not authorized to fill it until sunday. I call capital medical center. And they said that the prescription was called in correctly. I play so we'll see, but they're filled tomorrow Sunday.

I went to another Pharmacy near where I live and they were rude and didn't want to run my prescription with the coupon I had . Called Rite Aid and spoke to a gentleman named Logan he was so helpful and the most understanding person,he put my mind to rest called the other pharmacy and got my prescription transferred back to them.He was the a blessing.All the staff are kind and caring.THANK YOU RITE AID

I've been having my prescriptions filled here for many years. I have had some pretty horrible experiences. They seem to be very inconsistent with their service as far as the pharmacy is concerned. I find the one consistency Is the constant backup at drive through. Inside it's not much better. I would say that one of my horrible experiences with this pharmacy is that in november of twenty twenty two , due to a serious infection I was put on oral Antibiotics. I had to wait three days for this prescription to be filled. They were very nasty about it. Another time was back in january of twenty three , when a seattle orthopedic surgeon had called in a prescription for tylenol. A boyfriend who I have authorized to Pick up my prescriptions for For me. He told me that the Pharmacist kept telling him that that tylenol could be purchased over the counte My boyfriend said yes he knows that however the doctor had wrote the prescription. From what my boyfriend told me it sounded like this. Pharmacist wasn't going to fill this Prescription. I'm not quite sure what went down. However he was finally able to get the prescription tylenol. It sounded like it got very heated. Myself have dealt with various pharmacist over the years at this Location. Some have been decentothers have been downright rude and obnoxious. There have also been some who have been very shall we say intrusive. Every time I call in a prescription, it's always a c*** s*** meaning meaning I don't know what the service is going. I'm very surprised when and the prescription that I call in in the morning. It's ready by the end of the day. I will say the store really isn't that much better. Many of their products such as. Shampoo and other toiletries are twice and sometimes three times more than at walmart. I wonder what's going on with the notebook paperbecause the last few times I've been in. I have found none. I can't believe that they have discontinued this product. I have also found that their sales aren't always a sale and they're very confusing at time. The restrooms aren't always clean either. I only go to rite aid centralia because it is the closest drugstore to where I live. I will continue to get my medications here. However I feel that I will rarely purchase anything in the store. I have found the toiletries and other products that I need on amazon or walmart At a cheaper price. I will say that your cashiers need a lesson in courtesy.

I adore this pharmacy. I've been using them for years, and I usually have no problems getting my medications filled. Everyone is very sweet and I enjoy speaking with all of them. 5 stars all the way.

I have been using rite aid for many years. Over the last few years things have good from so so to horrible. last week I was in line for the drive thru pharmacy I sat there in line for 20 mins (no exaggeration) it was a few minutes to closing by the time I finally made it to the window. The female at the window closed everything down stuck the closed sign in the window and walked off. No sorry we are closed..nothing she wouldn't even look at me as she was doing this. I was shocked and pissed off. I sat there waiting and then she couldn't even be bothered to acknowledge me apologize or anything. Pathetic customer service or should i say lack of customer service. tonight I called to check on some refills..just seeing if they were ready so I could pick up in the morning the woman answering the phone was rude and let me know that they were closing in a few minutes and really didn't have time to look. Once again pathetic custom service. They also no longer let you know if they are out of a medication, or If they have to get some authorization from your insurance before they can/will fill the prescription. My dr called in the prescription on the 15th and as of tonight they still haven't filled it. Checked with the dr and she verified it was sent in...
