Worst place ever! Don’t go here if you are looking for help. Do go here if you want rude and unprofessional services. 0 stars

I called the Salvation Army trying to find any information about homeless encampments. Articles had been published in the Chronicle referring to the Salvation Army's helpfulness. After calling numerous times, I finally reached an actual human...who immediately shifted my call to another line. Whereby I only received the generic "leave a message... we'll get back to you." I left a very polite message just asking for a return call. Three weeks later, I am still waiting...

The one girl was friendly who checked you in, but they don't have a large variety of food, so I wasn't actually happy with them.

The Salvation Army, an international movement, is an evangelical part of the universal Christian Church. Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination. So if they adhere to these needs why is it okay to allow their employees to disrespect (curse) their Clients and allow circumvented stories to management to protect themselves without a proper investigation to allow the client and employee to state their case .. in gods eye we are all equal I thought, clearly, not at the Salvation Army in Centralia.

And one star is too much when Crack addicts who CHOSE to live in homeless camps get preferred treatment over a single mom who's getting evicted out of her home. SHAME on this organization, and then you call yourselves Christian. Never will I support this and I will pass this along to everyone I know. And what's worse is you were just awarded 5 MILLION dollars.

Very nice very kind, understanding & non judgemental. I was there seeking assistance with housing or shelter. But didn't make me feel less as I explained my situation.
