I needed something close by where I live and he was very helpful and doing so. He was very pleasant. I was able to get the right size unit and he helped me figure that out. The prices are very reasonable and even pro rated the first month. I am very pleased I chose to call them first. Thank you for all your help.

Rented at Titan Self Storage for over a year. This has to be one of the most poorly run storage units around. Security is basically nonexistent with the gate being left wide open some days and other days the gate is broken and inaccessible, making it difficult or impossible to access your unit some days. Had a bad leak in my unit and ruined a few items inside. While I was able to use my insurance I wasn’t given a new unit, I had to rent a new unit and move everything myself with no help or support. There was also multiple people living inside the units. Management is aware and does nothing at all to stop this despite multiple complaints to them. Tweakers on site everytime I would visit stacking more abandoned looking rvs and vehicles on site making it a tight squeeze to even drive around the unit to access my storage. Definitely not a well run company in any fashion. Would not recommend or return.

Still trying to charge me months after I closed the account
I’m a very responsible person and I know the last communication I had was my last payment because I was closing the account
Then I have a guy calling me talking about well you’re going to be real frustrated because that’s not what I see ! how is it that my fault I’m not paying for something I already paid for and closed out
not going back ever.

DO NOT rent here. Terrible service. Terrible security. My unit got broken into TWICE. Management is AWFUL. You have been warned. Find somewhere else.

Titan Self Storage Centralia is friendly, helpful, professional, organized, spiffy, and secure! Even though i’m “old school” i was able to contact someone immediately and sign up and obtain a rental unit online & over my phone. Not to mention their $1 first month move in special ?. Better hurry word is they’re filling up fast!

I Had a unit for a couple years with them and never had any issues they always had great customer service and they have been putting a lot of work into fixing and making the units better since taking ownership they do offer insurance and video surveillance with a locked gate so your stuff is safe witch is a plus now days definitely would rent again if I ever needed.

We are safe, secure and have up to date technology. You get individual gate access code for the electronic gate. We also have an App that allows you to open the gate from your phone. You can rent with us 24/7 online and or you can come in person in our office ours or call and rent with our long call hours. We strive to give excellent customer service!

Amazing month to month prices! Not expensive and the space for just a regular storage is pretty big. My family and I were pretty impressed for the price we pay to get so much room. Other places charge you double and only give you half the room Titan Storage does. I also love how if anything happens, they reach out to you immediately and inform you of any changes. One day our storage lock got cut open and I got a call from the Titan Storage crew. They put on one of their locks until I could make it down and change it for a new one. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks again Titan Storage team!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Gate code constantly does NOT work. Owner not quick to respond & when he does he’s either busy or it takes a couple days to get it fixed. This is an ongoing problem. And he does not work on Sundays so if that’s the only time you can access your storage & the gate code isn’t working- too bad!
