Titan Self Storage Centralia is friendly, helpful, professional, organized, spiffy, and secure! Even though i’m “old school” i was able to contact someone immediately and sign up and obtain a rental unit online & over my phone. Not to mention their $1 first month move in special ?. Better hurry word is they’re filling up fast!

I Had a unit for a couple years with them and never had any issues they always had great customer service and they have been putting a lot of work into fixing and making the units better since taking ownership they do offer insurance and video surveillance with a locked gate so your stuff is safe witch is a plus now days definitely would rent again if I ever needed.

We are safe, secure and have up to date technology. You get individual gate access code for the electronic gate. We also have an App that allows you to open the gate from your phone. You can rent with us 24/7 online and or you can come in person in our office ours or call and rent with our long call hours. We strive to give excellent customer service!

Amazing month to month prices! Not expensive and the space for just a regular storage is pretty big. My family and I were pretty impressed for the price we pay to get so much room. Other places charge you double and only give you half the room Titan Storage does. I also love how if anything happens, they reach out to you immediately and inform you of any changes. One day our storage lock got cut open and I got a call from the Titan Storage crew. They put on one of their locks until I could make it down and change it for a new one. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Thanks again Titan Storage team!

Best customer service I've gotten anywhere! Frazier is so easy going, very thorough, outstanding! The units are good sized, and for a great price. Can't say enough how exceptional customer service is though! Anytime I have a question or an issue arises, (the gate wouldn't open one morning and he was able to promptly open it from his remote location) he always answers the phone or calls me right back. Very helpful! All around a great business! I would recommend anyone that needs storage to rent here!

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! Gate code constantly does NOT work. Owner not quick to respond & when he does he’s either busy or it takes a couple days to get it fixed. This is an ongoing problem. And he does not work on Sundays so if that’s the only time you can access your storage & the gate code isn’t working- too bad!

I have had a unit for almost a year. I needed to get some things out and had not been there in months.I put my access code in and nothing, the gate didn’t budge, I tried several times, nothing. Three more people came by and tried their codes, nothing. I was there about an hour and called the establishment several times only to get their voice mail. A gentleman called me after I got home and assured me several times that it would be operational the next day. The next day, I called and texted to confirm that it would be, again I got only the voice mail. I took a chance and went, entered my code, nothing!!! Called and texted several times, again voicemail. The same man called after I had gotten home, said they had not fixed it. I asked why they did not call me and let me know, he said they were very busy with lots of calls from their clients and new clients looking for storageI have used this storage location off and on since the 1980s, never any problems until now. Businesses live and die by the quality or lack of customer service, I don’t hold out much hope for this one.I was shocked at the appearance of the grounds, weeds growing and the garbage dumpster was overflowing.Day 3, I will go tomorrow and try again, just too old and tired to try today. But I do have hope it will be repaired Monday. I must give them a pat on the back and give them credit for improving their customer service. I was so surprised when I checked my email this morning and found a credit to my account, so they are trying. It wasn’t huge but it was letting me know they do understand. They may be new owners and are trying to clean up previous problems, I don’t know but because of the effort I will change my rating. I would also like to say, when I spoke to the gentleman he was always very nice even though I was upset and probably not so nice.
