Sybil was an absolute angel to work with, she came highly recommended as someone who was familiar with estate work. There was literally no question I could come up with that Sybil could not answer. In addition to the incredible work she did on our listing, she provided insight into the other areas of managing an estate. The team she works with and her other resources are all absolute professionals.
Though I was managing this estate property from two states away, it was like I was physically on the property. Sybil met with vendors with very little notice at times, drove by the property to ensure it was secure, and visited with us while we were at the property cleaning. She even brought food because she could tell we were more focused on cleaning out the home than taking care of ourselves.
With Sybil, you are not only getting an incredibly knowledgeable realtor, but you are getting a friend who genuinely cares about your wellbeing through a very stressful process. She is the kindest person and she works hard for the people she works with.

Sybil has been amazing to work with. When my grandmother passed away we were having to deal with trying to get the house ready to list. There was so much work that needed to be done and she was so helpful in giving us recommendations. Being we were not from the area or state, that was of great use to us. She would come by and sit for however long we needed and go over options. When we were away from the property she even offered to go by and make sure things were ok and was always in contact with us.
If you're lucky enough to have a realtor like Sybil, you would know just how valuable she is. I wish I could use her for my next property purchase because I totally would! She went well above and beyond for us and it was very much appreciated. I was not personally executor of the estate but an heir. She was great in answering any of my questions and always returned texts in a timely manner.
If you are looking for a house in Washington or are trying to sell a house in Washington, Sybil is your girl! I can't say enough wonderful things about her!

We relocated from out of state on a pretty tight timeline. Sybil was great to us- staying in consistent contact, “taking us” on virtual showings, and coordinating with us throughout the whole process from afar. She took time to get to know what was important to us and sent us listings that met the specs. We were also confident she had our best interests in mind when looking at houses for us. It took extra work because we weren’t there to take in the details of the homes (finishes, condition, smells (lol), scenery, and location). We ended up finding the perfect home for us and everything went off without a hitch! It was awesome to meet her in person when we arrived to our new home. It seemed like we knew her for years (and she took one of my favorite pictures ever!). She has stayed in contact and helped get me to the right people for various questions that have come up being new to Washington state. I highly recommend Sybil! You won’t be disappointed!

We could not have had a better experience purchasing our first home. Sybil is one of a kind! Not only is she available to reach out to when needed, but she really took the time to listen to our needs and wants. It’s clear she loves what she does, and she is absolutely amazing at what she does.
We had originally placed an offer on a home that needed a lot of work. We were willing to do said work but we weren’t absolutely in love with the home. Sybil reached out to us the day after the inspection to look at another home and had met us an hour after messaging us to do a walkthrough. This home was perfect for the two of us, and checked off everything we wanted. We fell in love and are so happy to make it our home. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for Sybil and her attention to detail.

Sybil is amazing! From the first phone call we knew we were working with the right person. Sybil was responsive anytime we needed her, went above and beyond to communicate with all parties involved in the buying process. She went out of her way more than once to make sure we felt comfortable and reassured us when needed. True integrity, friendliness, and professionalism is what you will get. I have never been much of a fan of realtors, but I must say Sybil Kuhn has restored my faith in them as she is very knowledgeable and on top of her game. I had 2 parcels one of which had 3 houses on it and the other that had 1 house on it. The properties would be sold separately. The parcel that had the 3 homes on it also had the water system on that parcel. The other home was also on that same water system and an agreement with whomever bought the parcel with the 3 homes would have to agree to supply water to the buyer of the other parcel with the single home on it at a fair price.There were other issues with the properties but to my surprise Sybil Kuhn handled each and every issue without missing a beat and did a very good job with dealing with all of the powers to be in dealing with the issues at no extra cost and without turning it into a nightmare for the seller. I have bought and sold 8 homes in my lifetime and this property being the most complicated transaction any of them went flawlessly without any hitches and it was all due to her being on top of her game and knowing exactly what needed to be done and the right people to go to to make it all happen.I will hire Sybil Kuhn represent me when I sell my next 2 properties because she is very professional and knowledgeable of her profession and protects her clients and nothing is to challenging for her and rest assured that she will represent and protect you thru the entire nightmare of buying or selling a home.William Lambert

Sybil Kuhn represented me and my family in the sale of our rental properties and we found her to be a very good and knowledgeable realtor. She worked tirelessly at showing the houses and found several potential buyers just a short time after the for sale signs went up. She was courteous to the tenants who lived there about scheduling the showings that would accommodate everyone involved. She made the whole process about as easy as can be.
