I am very pleased with this place. They did a transmission on a truck that I bought and the transmission and is still doing great. The rear main started leaking so I pulled the transmission and I accidentally installed the torque converter wrong and broke the transmission pump. Brought it down to tower transmission And I talked to Kylyn. Super awesome guy, not only did he rebuild the pump for me and fix all of the broken components but he got it done for me within a couple of hours knowing that I had made a 70 mile drive to get back to them so that I could have quality work done. I didn’t even expect the pump to be savable. I thought I was gonna have to buy a new one but he took his time cleaned all the parts and got new parts put into the pump and saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you guys so much for being a top-notch transmission company. I will send all of my future work and jobs that have to do a transmissions and transfer cases to you guys. They repaired my transmission in my 06 Chevrolet pickup several years ago and it is still shifting and pulling fantastic. If I ever have another transmission problem they will be the only shop I'll go to

James and his team are the absolute best. I can't say enough about these guys. Full transmission rebuild on my dodge. Runs amazing. But they are not just a transmission shop. We have had our brakes done on our Range Rover. They are fast and efficient. We won't go anywhere else.

My car broke down on the side of I-5, just north of Centralia, and Tower Transmission wasn't the first option on the list of places to get towed, but I'm so glad I had my car taken there. They were so great about me pretty much abandoning my car with them, while I had to continue my journey home to Portland. Initially I was told it would probably be a couple of days before they could look at it, so I was pleasantly surprised when they had a diagnosis for my problem within 2 hours of dropping my car off. They ordered my new high pressure fuel pump, and my car was ready for me to retrieve two days later. It's a shame they're not closer to me, because I would absolutely come to them for my future repair needs. Top notch! I called to make an appointment and was invited to drop off our truck. By the next morning the issues were identified and quickly repaired. Their labor rate is on par with most shops but still far better than the dealer rate. I was so pleased with my overall experience that I just dropped off another car for them to work on.I've found my go to repair shop! Great team!
