This is my favorite hardware store on earth. The Andersons are the most helpful men I ever met, every time I come in I don’t even have time to search for what I need, they ask me and they lead me right to it. For a small downtown storefront, they squeeze in just about everything I ever need for all sorts of projects. They are my go to for key cutting too. Truly salt of the earth local folks who seem to care for their customers consistently. I wish there was more shops like this one around still. They’re an absolute asset downtown.

Great customer service!!!!! I went in looking for a bolt for my car and the gentleman helped me find exactly what I needed. It was nice to have someone who took his time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and was friendly doing so!!

Sales person went out of his way to find the part that I was looking for and sadly had to give up the sale and refer me to Amazon but I would definitely go back there to shop .. very personable.

This is truly a great little hardware store, right in the heart of downtown Centralia! It feels like a throwback to yesteryear, having a hometown hardware store like this, where the staff is friendly and they have a good mix of lots of things that you need for your projects.Walking in, you're immediately greeted by whomever is working and respectfully asked if there is something you need help with. This is appreciated and valued because it's done in a way that doesn't come off as intrusive or annoying (as sometimes it can be felt that way at other stores). Anderson's prides itself as being a hometown store, having a good selection of what's needed, and providing high quality customer service.They might not be big in size, but they have a lot of products that you can't find at other big box hardware stores ... along with big sized care and commitment to finding what you need. I highly recommend Anderson's True Value.
