I’ve been dropping off my packages here for over a year now. The packages are always on time, and the ladies working there are very nice. Haven’t had a single issue!

Litteraly the worst mail service I’ve ever had. They always deliver packages to the wrong address mail goes to the wrong people, but somehow FedEx, ups, and Amazon can always deliver to the correct address. Today luckily one of my neighbors was nice enough to give me my mail that was delivered to them. It’s not a one time deal it’s an all of the time deal. Absolutely ridiculous considering mail can contain PII and sensitive information.

I could see why they’re the least rated one in my area. I was supposed to get a package today but they said “addressee was not found.” How??? How does that even happen. I get it you’re mad you have to work on a Sunday trust me I do too but don’t take it out on others

Don't take packages here or anything really. It will get destroyed, brake what is in the package and they refuse to handle the situation or take responsibility. Staff is extremely rude. They do not ask if you want insurance on your package and when you tell them that they deny responsibility. Worst post office in all of Washington state. The staff is incompetent.

Wish I could give zero stars. I know my displeasure doesn't matter as there will be no repercussions. These people refuse to do their job. I'm so tired of my tax dollars paying for this service. FedEx, UPS, DHL and Amazon are all capable of delivering my packages to me but if something is coming from USPS I have to make time in my schedule to go pick it up a day later from the post office myself. I literally work 80 hrs a week as a nurse on night shift and this is extremely difficult. I put a large Rubbermaid container with a lid out by my mailbox for THEIR convenience but of course it was stolen so that is no solution. I wish there was some recourse. Filing complaints only leads to even worse service.

It's strange how I can get packages just fine from Fedex, UPS, Amazon but not the USPS. They ALWAYS have some excuse why they can't come up the driveway. I went so far as to put a large tote by my mailbox for THEIR convenience as they suggested, until it got stolen (just as I knew it would, so I'm just out $20, cool). I truly wish I could pick my carrier for EVERY package, this place doesn't care if I ever get my mail. You would think they would have some sort of obligation to actually do their job. Clearly they do not.
