I went into the requirements on the bank's page to find out what I need to open an account with you and it says that I can use as identification one that the government has given me where my nationality or residence appears, in those papers that immigration gave me to identify myself. Here in the USA, while I wait for my social security, my nationality appears and my residence appears on my ID, and they say that these do not apply as means of identification to open my account with you. But I have gone to cash several checks and for that they do accept my identification, so I don't understand how the requirements for opening a bank account work.

terrible service they never answer phones if i could rate them lower i would most Definity do so. We drop our deposits off at the end of each day and you would think everything that was dropped of would be deposited at the same time but no they deposited them in two separate days which throughs our company off because our books show these payments were dropped off that day. Very frustrating because it takes time out of our day here that we don't have. GET IT TOGETHER.

So you need two forms of ID that have expiration dates, yet aren't expired, because if you have a mountain of identification that doesn't expire its not enough. Very annoying. Most people don't walk around with their social security card. Won't be back here.

Had a 2:00 appointment to set up an account and they were running a bit behind, so I waited. Finally around 2:45 the couple in front of me had finished and when I was standing up to go talk to the employee I had an appointment with, she told me I had to wait because her 2:30 appointment was next. After another ten minutes of waiting, I left.

Worst bank. Don't have "bankers" to handle your needs. Only have tells that are not qualified to do anything. They don't even answer their phone calls. DO NOT BANK HERE

Waited in a line that started outside on the sidewalk for close to half an hour get to the teller at 4:40 and she said unless it is urgent come back Monday to get something notarized. If it wasn't urgent I wouldn't have stood in line. I have banked here for close to 15 years, I don't have time for this and will be looking for a new bank.

Ridiculous wait times to get service at this branch. I had to wait 30 minutes to deposit checks for my business account. I also have personal accounts with a local credit union; they will have similar lines of customers but they have twice as many staff working. (Yes, I realize I can use a drop box; I want to interact with my bank; it's routinely a dissatisfying experience here.)

I've had a few friends write me checks from this bank, I'm told I can go in and cash the check without paying a fee, but everytime I pay a fee to cash a check from this bank. Their employees at this branch are rude, and literally treat you like bad if you don't have an account with them.

Waited in line for 28 minutes just to have the drive through window curtain closed in my face. Two customers were helped in that time. I'm really starting to despise this incredibly customer unfriendly bank.

The lobby is closed and wait times in the drive through are astronomical. I am beyond frustrated and ready to look for a different bank. DO BETTER WELLS FARGO!!

Husband wanted to open a new account roughly the beginning of September, 2021.He walked in the bank, when one of the ladies asked how she could help him he explained that he wanted to open a new account.... It was 4:15 p.m. .... She looked at her watch like she had someplace else she would rather be... Then point blank looked him in the eyes and told him it was Friday and he would have to come back to open his account on Monday., Because they just did not have the time.He went to another bank down the way, who closes the same time, not only did he get a new account, his new account was opened ready to go, new bank card and all in 10 minutes.

Slow as hell. I was tricked into getting out of bed and promised a trip to the weed store by lil sis and now we are just sitting here in Wells Fargo parking lot waiting on mom ughhh
