This was a great roadside service tow. Probably my best tow experience ever! Dave was extremely efficient and treated my “Betty” very well. Took her to the house and put her almost exactly where I normally park. Amazing skill. Thank you.

Used aaa and the service person Anthony L doesn’t know how to use a noco jump box in my opinion. Yes my battery on my other vehcicle (Chrysler Pacifica) was 100% dead But that is why there is a red exclamation mark on the box to override to make power. My noco box is totally dead so instead of waiting for it to charge I thought I would get aaa to come out. Now I’m just going to wait for my noco power box to charge… P.s. he was really rude and arrogant. I was going to leave that part out but come to find out he dropped a family friends truck down an embankment…

Freddie was 5 stars! Everyone was nice, but they sent the wrong size truck the first time and I had to wait awhile for a second one.

Our driver, John Wilson 007, arrive faster than expected. He was friendly and professional. He was able to answer all our questions. I felt comfortable with John taking the car away. I feel that he is a good asset to the company.

John took me from Olympia to Bellevue today after my car broke down. What a great guy and awesome service. Companies need to do everything they can to hold on to an employee like John. One of the last good ones left. Thanks John!

Had a flat tire in the middle of the boonies like legit middle of no where near Westport ? ? but the driver came all the way from Chehalis and I was think like ughhh this finna take forever but he was fast as he could have been from that far and the lady at the desk called and checked in with us she was just super sweet and when the driver showed up I forgot I was in a foul mood (due to my tire) but Ahmed was legit cool and very nice with such a great attitude all while being efficient and gettin us where we needed to go!!!
